The lamb biryani is the reason I keep coming back. The rice is perfectly spiced, not just heat but real depth. The meat falls apart. Generous portion, could easily feed two.

The mixed grill was huge, definitely a sharing dish. Started with the red pepper hummus and feta mila, which were great. The house red they suggested actually paired really well with all the grilled meats. A solid choice.

Had the Bavette steak and Short Rib from the spring menu. The sauces were interesting, really complemented the meat. The whole place just felt premium. A lovely addition to St Ives.

The endless carvery is the star here. They kept bringing out fresh cuts of roast beef and lamb right to the table. Went back for seconds, maybe thirds. Solid feed for the price.

The vegan option with olives and chips was surprisingly filling. Portions are generous. The olives had a nice briny kick, and the chips were properly crispy. It's a solid, straightforward plate of food.

We ordered way too much, but that's not a bad thing. The portions are huge! Ended up with a doggy bag for lunch the next day.

Decent portions and the food was pretty good for the price. The wine list had some interesting choices. A solid spot for a casual meal.

Naga chicken tikka was the right call. Spicy and flavourful, just what I needed for a quick lunch. Service was quick and efficient, got my food in no time. Perfect spot when you're in a hurry.

The pizza dough is spot on - chewy with a nice puffy crust. You can tell they use fresh ingredients. A bit pricey, but you get what you pay for.

The open grill is a nice touch, gives it a proper feel. The space is good for a group, staff were helpful with portion suggestions. The mural and swing in the back are a bit of fun. Solid spot for a straightforward meal.

Cosy spot, especially with the fire going. Tried a couple of their real ales from the rotating taps. The atmosphere just feels right here, warm and unpretentious. A proper pub.

The lamb samosas were fantastic, some of the best I've had. The curries were full of flavour too. What made it really nice was how comfortable the seating was - proper chairs with backs, not those little stools. Made for a very relaxed meal.

The sourdough pizza base is spot on, really good texture. Toppings are interesting, not your usual stuff. They had it ready in about three minutes, which was a nice surprise. Just wish the slices were a bit bigger for the price.

The falafel and halloumi in pitta is my go-to. The falafel is always crispy on the outside, still soft inside. Halloumi is nicely grilled, not rubbery. Comes out hot every time. Just a solid, reliable dish.

The tacos were the highlight for me. The mole sauce had real depth, tasted like it was made in-house. Could tell they took their time with it. The tortillas were fresh too. Solid stuff.

Lovely evening in the garden for dinner. The lower area is accessible, which was good to see. Our waitress Polly was just so kind and attentive, really made the night.

Been coming here for years, and it's still my go-to spot for a pint and the game. The screens are well-placed, so you never miss a goal. It's just a reliable place to unwind with mates.

Great spot with a split personality. Downstairs is a proper dining room, upstairs has a proper bar vibe. The music was just right – loud enough to feel it, but you could still talk. My negroni was spot on, a perfect sharpener before dinner.

The Tivoli burger was spot on - juicy and cooked just right. Harrison’s service was really friendly too.

The Christmas party setup was handled well. Eden was great with communication, and the venue size worked nicely for our team.

The staff here are incredibly friendly and go out of their way to make you feel welcome, which really enhances the experience.

The fish and chips are a solid choice. The batter is light and crispy, and the chips are fluffy inside.

The tasting menu was a proper feast, not those tiny bites you sometimes get. Loved the seasonal touches, especially that spring pea dish with the mint oil. Everything just tasted... right.

Been coming for years, the full English is always spot on.

Cosy spot with a proper fireplace. Popped in for a quiet pint on Monday afternoon, just what I needed. The vibe is relaxed, feels like a proper local. Pint was decent, nothing fancy.

The chicken tenders are always fresh, and the coating stays crispy without being oily. The sauce selection is a nice touch.

The buffet spread is huge! I was impressed by how many different dishes they had, all kept hot and fresh. The owner was super friendly, chatting with everyone and making sure we were happy. It felt like a proper local spot.
