Loved the old nautical decor — a bit worn but that's part of the charm. Food was solid, portions big enough. Would come back for the atmosphere alone.

Stopped by for dinner and grabbed a glass of their house red—decent pour, went well with the schnitzel. Barbara keeps things running smoothly, you can tell she’s got experience. Food was solid, nothing fancy, but comforting. Place was a bit warm inside, though. Still, I’d sit at the bar again for a drink and a bite.

The burgers looked great when they arrived, fries were properly salted too. Sat near the window, chairs were actually comfortable enough to stay a while. Service was friendly without hovering. Just wish the place wasn't quite so loud, had to raise my voice a bit across the table. Still, decent spot for a casual bite.

Stopped by for dinner and ended up having a nice glass of local red with the schnitzel. That place has this proper 70s vibe, like nothing changed in decades. Food was fresh, not fancy, but really decent. Owner came by for a chat, which felt genuine. Just wish they had one more option for wine by the glass.

The burger was decent. Good char on the patty, bun held up fine. Not much else to say. It got pretty crowded around dinner time, but that didn't really bother me. I'd come back for the food.

Service was quick and efficient. Portions are generous, got the schnitzel and it came with a small salad. The robot waiter thing is a bit gimmicky but works fine. Place was packed, so booking ahead makes sense. Solid choice if you're in the area and want a no-fuss meal.

The spicy burger really does have some kick to it, which I appreciated. Nice vibe and good music, though it does get pretty loud when it's packed. That's typical for a pub, so no real complaint there. Just be prepared for the noise if you go at a busy time. I'd come back for the food.

Stopped by for a quick lunch. Got the veggie plate, portion was solid for the price. Food came out fast, which I appreciated. Place was a bit busy but still managed to get a seat. Nothing fancy, but it does the job when you need a decent meal without waiting around.

Tasty food and portions are solid for the price. Service was friendly but a bit all over the place. Fine for a casual dinner.

Classic rock playing while you sip a pint — that’s the vibe here. Bartenders were friendly without hovering. Beer list is small but solid.

Stopped here for a coffee before my train and honestly the interior is so pretty 😍 stained glass and all. Latte was fine, nothing crazy, but the vibe makes it worth it. Bit busy around rush hour though.

We showed up without a booking, dogs in tow, and they couldn’t have been nicer about it. The pork tenderloin with Gorgonzola sauce was the highlight—properly cooked, creamy without being heavy. Schnitzel though? Tasted like it came frozen. Bit of a letdown after that starter. Still, I’d go back for that pork alone.

Good food and fair prices, no complaints there. Staff were friendly too. Just expect a short wait when it's busy, they did warn us beforehand.

Came here with our dogs and honestly, it was such a chill evening. Staff were super friendly and actually seemed happy to have us there. Food was solid too, nothing fancy but really tasty. Nice to find a place where you don't have to leave the pups at home. We'll definitely be back for a casual dinner with the group. 🐾

Cozy spot, homemade stew was solid and portions were big for the price. Quiet when we went in October.

Lovely spot with a warm vibe, and their little cafe dog is adorable. Stopped by for a coffee and ended up staying way longer than planned.

The sharing plates were solid—especially the beef, cooked just right. Prices sting a bit for what you get, and flagging down our waiter took forever. Quality saved it though.

Tucked away on a quiet little square, easy to miss. Food was solid, nothing fancy, but that’s fine by me. Staff were friendly, place felt relaxed. Had a decent meal, no complaints. Good spot if you’re nearby and want a simple dinner without the noise.

The broth is really rich and the noodles have that nice bite to them. I've stopped by a few times now and it's been solid every single time. Ramen can be hit or miss but this place seems to have it figured out. Just wish they had a bit more seating, got a little cramped when it got busy.

Solid portions, friendly staff. Food was hearty and came out quick. Nothing fancy, but a reliable spot for a casual meal.

The schnitzel was solid, and the all-you-can-eat deal is honestly great value. Place was spotless too. Just a bit busy when we were there, but that's on us for the timing.

We were with a group of 10 for dinner. Service was efficient and friendly, plates looked great and tasted even better. Nice to see local Hoogkerk Brewery beers on the menu. Decent spot.

Food's still great on our way north, service quick too. Shame the place lost some of its old charm.
