The fish platter was solid, potatoes cooked just right. Service friendly and quick, no complaints there. Place gets busy though, so you might wait if you don't book ahead. I'd come back for the fish, that's the main draw for me.

We visit this restaurant almost every time we are in Groningen. They offer authentic Greek food, very friendly staff and a warm, Mediterranean atmosphere.

Service was decent — even when it started pouring, they stayed friendly and sorted everything out. Food came out quick too. Pretty good spot.

Good quick lunch spot. Got the local special, solid portion for the price. Staff was friendly enough. Gets packed around noon, so come early or wait a bit.

Tasty Asian food, cozy little family-run place. Owners were friendly and service was quick. It's tiny though, so definitely book a table beforehand.

We showed up without a reservation on a busy Saturday. They still found us a table, which I appreciated. The feta starter was the best thing we ordered—crispy outside, properly melty inside. Grilled meats were cooked right, nothing overdone. Portions are generous, almost too much for two. Staff stayed professional even while juggling a full room. Decent spot if you're in the area and don't want the tourist-trap route.

Been coming here for years - the marzipan selection never disappoints. Staff remembers regulars, which says a lot. Only issue is deciding what to grab, too many good options honestly.

The grilled fish was fresh and nicely done. Our waiter knew his stuff and even helped me pick a decent Riesling to go with it. Portions were solid for the price.

The daily special with three kinds of fish and fried potatoes was a solid deal. Fresh, simple, no complaints.

The 'Männersache' pizza had a solid amount of toppings for the price. The homemade dip was good, lemonade was fine too. Portion felt fair.

We’ve been coming here for a while now, mostly because the kids’ play area is a lifesaver. Food always comes out fast, even on busy weekends. Portions are solid, not huge but enough. Prices went up a bit, but still fair for the quality. Never had a bad meal here, so we keep coming back.

Ordered the set menu for five people. Soup, three rice platters, fried bananas for dessert. Plenty of food, honestly. Service kept up fine even when it got busy. Price felt fair for what came out. Solid spot if you want a quick group meal without fuss.

Came for the breakfast buffet. Place is bigger inside than it looks. Food was constantly refilled, decent variety. Staff kept things moving without hovering. Solid choice if you're staying nearby and want a no-fuss morning meal.

Celebrated my mom's 84th here — they even did a little something extra for her 🎂 Service got a bit busy but the food was lovely.

Stopped by for a late lunch and ended up staying longer than planned. The salad bar caught my eye first, fresh stuff, not just sad lettuce. Portions are solid, left full without feeling stuffed. Place has that lived-in feel, like they've been doing this for years. Nothing fancy, but comfortable. Maybe a bit quiet for my taste, but that's fine.

The fish croquettes were really fresh, and I liked that the menu keeps things simple. The North Sea cataplana was filling, maybe slightly heavy for one person, but good quality.

Came for the themed dinner night — burgers were properly grilled, toppings actually fresh. Had a cocktail too, decent pour. Staff friendly without hovering. Place got a bit loud later but whatever. Solid spot if you're in the area.

Decent spot for a meal. The place looks good after the renovation, and service was attentive without being pushy. It does get busy, so booking ahead is smart. We had a nice dinner there, nothing over the top, but solid. Maybe a bit loud for my taste, but that's expected when it's full. Fine for a casual night out.

The owner cooks personally, and you can tell. Turkey was juicy, pineapple fresh. Nice little spot for families with kids.

The cake display at the counter is really well done—you pick your slice and they bring it over. Viennese apple cake and rum cake were both solid picks.

The staff handled our special requests without fuss, and the mains were solid. Dessert was just okay, nothing to write home about.

Came here for the fresh fish and wasn’t disappointed. The platter let me try a bit of everything, which I liked. Roast potatoes were surprisingly the highlight for me. Village setting is really charming too. Only thing is it’s a bit out of the way, but worth the drive. 🐟

Nice old building, food was solid. Bit pricey for what you get, but the flavors were on point. Good spot for a proper sit-down meal.

We keep coming back every year. Staff actually remembers us, which is nice. Food's good but honestly the portions could be bigger for what you pay. Still, it's become our thing.

Fresh fish, crispy potatoes. Exactly what I needed after a day out. Sandwich was simple, no fuss, tasted good. Staff stayed cool even when it got packed. Place gets busy though, so don't expect a quiet sit-down. Fine for a quick bite.

Nice view from the terrace, cakes were decent. Kids got a little treat from the staff, that was a nice touch. Good spot for a quick coffee and something sweet.

Cozy spot, and the staff really pays attention to you. I liked that they didn't rush us through the meal. Fresh ingredients too.

The student meal deal is solid for the price. Had the spare ribs, they were properly tender and seasoned. Nothing fancy, but does the job for a casual bite.
