Been coming here for a while now. Still like the outdoor seating by the playground, easy when the kids need to run around. Smoking area's a plus too. Not fancy, but that's fine by me.

We had the greatest meal and dining experience here on our last night in Groningen. Our food was terrific and the staff was amazing. Highly recommend!

We stopped by for dinner and honestly the duck rillette was the highlight. The sommelier knew exactly what to suggest, which I appreciated. Service was friendly without hovering. Only small thing, the hachis parmentier came out a bit lukewarm. Still, a comfortable spot to unwind. I’d go back for the wine list alone.

Great spot to sip a wine and watch the ferries roll in. View over to Juist and Norderney is lovely. Service friendly, though it gets hectic right before departure.

Stopped by for a quiet afternoon drink. They brew their own beer here, which I liked. Had a pale ale that was fresh and not too heavy. Prices felt fair for what you get. Place was pretty busy even early, but the service kept up fine. A good spot if you're after something local and unpretentious.

Decent spot for a pint. Ale selection is solid and the prices are fair for what you get. Nothing fancy, but it does the job.

Came here on a quiet Tuesday night. Beer was solid, place wasn't too busy so we could actually talk without shouting. Service was quick enough. Nothing fancy but it does the job for a casual drink. Prices are fair for the area. Probably stick to this spot when I don't feel like going far.

The wine tasting was a nice way to spend an afternoon. Tried a few things I normally wouldn't pick, and the guy explaining knew his stuff.

The bartender totally made the visit. Super attentive, kept the vibe fun without hovering. Good beer selection as well. Only thing is it got a bit loud later on, but that’s on me for staying so long.

The three-course menu for 39.90 is honestly a steal for the island. I went with the fish option and it was cooked just right. They paired it with a decent local white wine that didn't overpower the dish. Service was there when you needed them, not hovering. Only slight downside was the pacing between courses felt a bit rushed. Still, solid spot for a proper sit-down meal.

The burger was decent. Good char on the patty, bun held up fine. Not much else to say. It got pretty crowded around dinner time, but that didn't really bother me. I'd come back for the food.

Lovely spot with a warm vibe, and their little cafe dog is adorable. Stopped by for a coffee and ended up staying way longer than planned.

Classic rock playing while you sip a pint — that’s the vibe here. Bartenders were friendly without hovering. Beer list is small but solid.

The sharing plates were solid—especially the beef, cooked just right. Prices sting a bit for what you get, and flagging down our waiter took forever. Quality saved it though.

We came for coffee and cake, stayed for dinner. Tagliatelle with shrimp was really good, fresh and light. Staff were kind, no rush at all. Just the kind of place you don't want to leave.

Tuesday jazz night is a solid deal. 3 euros entry and you get decent local musicians playing. Jam session kept it lively. Good spot if you're after something low-key.

Nice cocktails on Norderney, no complaints there. Prices are a bit steep for what you get, but the place has a good vibe. Friendly staff too.

The cocktails are creative and taste great. Nice presentation too. Pricey side, but the drinks themselves make up for it.

Cozy spot with a proper pub feel. Staff were quick and friendly, decent drink selection. Nothing fancy, but does the job if you're nearby.
