We came here with a few friends on a random weeknight and honestly had such a chill time. The food was really tasty, especially the pasta. Staff were friendly too, not overly hovering. Free parking right outside is such a win. Only thing—I wish the menu had a few more authentic options. But yeah, solid spot for a casual catch-up 🙂

Service was friendly and the vibe relaxed. Wine list had a couple nice picks that paired well with the pasta. Menu changes often, so I'd come back to see what's next.

We booked a table for my husband‘s 50th and honestly, the whole evening just flowed. The staff were warm without hovering, which I appreciated. The room itself has this lovely, calm vibe. Food was solid, maybe not mind-blowing, but the service made up for it. Guests kept mentioning how well looked after they felt. That alone made it worth it.

Small place, so it fills up fast. We booked ahead and got a table right away. Decent spot for a weekend dinner if you plan ahead.

The pork schnitzel was spot on, crispy outside, tender inside. I had a nice glass of dry riesling with it, which cut through the richness perfectly. Place has that old-school inn feel, very comfortable. Service was friendly, no rush at all. Only thing, it's a bit out of the way, but worth the drive.

The bruschetta was really good—fresh, lots of flavor. Pizzas and pasta are consistently decent too. Staff were friendly enough. Portion sizes felt fair for what you pay, which is honestly the main thing I care about. Solid spot if you're in the mood for Italian and don't want to overthink it.

The owner actually drove our pizza over himself after they’d already closed. That stuck with me more than the food, honestly. The pizza was solid—crispy crust, decent toppings—but it’s the kind of service you don’t see much anymore. We’ve ordered from them a few times since. Not a fancy spot, but they clearly care.

Been coming here for years, always stop by when I'm in Cologne. The dining room still feels as grand as the first time. Had the tasting menu again, presentation was spot on. Service stays consistent, never too fussy. Pricey, sure, but you know what you're getting. It's a solid choice if you want a proper evening out.

It is my favorite bierhaus in the city. We always go here. Xenia is a fantastic server that is friendly and fun. She made the experience event more exciting!

The breakfast spread here is solid—plenty of options, even vegan stuff. I had the avocado toast and it was fresh, nicely done. Place looks cute inside, fits the vibe. Only thing: service drags a bit when it’s packed. Took a while to get the bill. But food’s good enough that I’d deal with it again.

The yangnyeom chicken was the highlight—really sticky, sweet, and spicy at the same time. Just be ready to wait even with a reservation. Seating felt a bit chaotic on a Saturday night.

The pizza was decent, nothing crazy but it hit the spot. The bruschetta though... kinda pricey and not really what I expected. The ladies serving us were super friendly, that made up for it a bit.

The cold dishes here are really fresh. I had the lamb skewers too, nicely spiced. Noodle soups are a bit pricey for what they are, but the portion is generous. Good spot if you want proper Shaanxi flavors in Cologne. I'd probably just stick to the starters next time.

The pork knuckle was spot on again, crispy skin and tender inside. Just remember it comes with fried potatoes, not mashed. Still a solid meal for what you pay.

Got turned away at last call, staff passed us around a bit. Understandable but felt kinda rude. Maybe try earlier next time.

The mixed Turkish-Italian menu caught me off guard but honestly it works. I had the lamb dish and it was properly seasoned, tender too. Sat outside on the terrace which was really nice. Not the cheapest place but the food holds up. Would come back if I'm in the area again.

The glasshouse setting really got me — lots of natural light, plants everywhere, felt almost like dining outside but without the wind. I stayed longer than planned just because the space was so comfortable. Food was good too, though nothing mind-blowing. Just a nice spot to sit and take your time.

Truffle pasta was solid—probably the best I’ve had in the area. Owner came by for a quick chat, felt genuine, not forced. Would go back for that dish alone.

Lovely terrace right by the river, cathedral view at sunset was gorgeous. Tiramisu really hit the spot.

Came for the fish platter, left pretty satisfied. The fish was fresh, cooked just right, not overcooked like so many places do. Terrace was nice, had a good breeze while eating. Staff friendly enough, didn't hover. Only thing, the platter was a bit pricey for what you get, but I'd still say it's decent for a seafood fix.

Solid lunch spot. Got there right before the rush and it filled up fast. Food was flavorful and well plated. Menu covers enough ground for a group. Decent pick if you're in the area.
