Well, this is how it should be done and they have a prize for best afternoon tea 2025 to prove it. Friendly but efficient service, wide selection of teas brewed perfectly. Interesting sandwiches, and you can keep eating your favorites. Scones with slightly unusual jams. Delicious cakes, not too sweet. We also had an excellent pianist playing Elton John extemporised. Well he would, having toured Australia with him. The Moonlight Lounge and hotel in general are top notch. We will be back.

Fabulous all around. It&rsquo;s across from Kensington Gardens so it&rsquo;s a perfect stop after touring there. The seating was very cozy. The staff was amazing. The tea and the food were fabulous.
