The grilled fish was so fresh, you could tell it came straight from the river. Nice quiet spot near the forest too.

The mushroom soup and roasted lamb were really good. They even brought fresh galaktoboureko at the end, still warm. Nice little spot in the village.

That morning coffee hit different. Greek coffee strong and thick, just the way I like it. Staff said kalimera like they actually meant it, not just some scripted greeting. Made me want to sit there longer than I planned. Simple thing, but it stuck with me the whole day.

Stopped by for a cappuccino and stayed way longer than planned. The homemade sweets were a nice touch, and the owner actually took time to chat. Would've loved a wine list though—felt like the kind of place that could pull it off.

The galaktoboureko here is still the best I've found in Greece—fresh, flaky, not too sweet. That terrace view doesn't hurt either. Been coming back for it every time I'm in the area.

Stopped here on the way to Lefkada. Fried shrimps were spot on, quick service too. Nice sea breeze while eating. Good spot for a quick bite.

Stopped by on a weekday when most places in Ano Chora were closed. They do coffee, drinks, and some food—burgers, pizza. The terrace view is decent, no complaints there. Indoor smoking got a bit heavy though. Fine for a quick stop if you're in the area and need something open.

The kleftiko was honestly the highlight—so tender it fell apart before I even touched it. Also tried the trout sausages, which I’d never had before. Kind of a cool find. Place is right in the center, easy to get to. Staff were polite, nothing over the top. Just a solid meal overall. Maybe a bit busy when I went, but fine.

Brunch options are solid and the coffee holds up every time. Service stayed polite and quick even when the place filled up. Good spot if you're nearby.

Came for the tsipouro, stayed for the meze—they just keep bringing plates out. Portions are solid and the staff’s friendly. Good spot to kill an afternoon.

Nice place for a relaxed evening. The meze spread was good and the rebetika music gave it a cozy vibe. Only thing—we waited a bit longer for the sides since it was packed. Food made up for it though. I’d come back if I’m in the area again.

We stopped by around Christmas and the owners were so welcoming. You could tell they genuinely cared about how our meal went. The lamb was cooked properly, tender, and the portions felt fair for the price. Only downside? It got a bit busy later, so service slowed down. Still, a solid spot if you're in the area.
