The drive-thru staff were really on it. They actually warned me the food was super hot before I drove off. That's a nice touch you don't always get. The burger was decent, but honestly, for the price, I was expecting a bit more in the box. Felt a little light.

The fish and chips deal was decent. The batter was just right, crispy and light.

Service was spot on. Sophie and the team were really helpful with the menu, knew their stuff. Made a big difference to the meal.

Lunch was lovely, but the chips really stole the show. Fresh, fluffy inside, and just the right crispness. Honestly, some of the best I've had in ages. 😊

The veggie breakfast was a proper find. The halloumi was perfectly grilled, and the homemade beans had a nice little kick to them. Really hit the spot on a lazy Sunday. The waitress was lovely, too.

Perfect for a pre-theatre catch-up with friends! The bar is well-stocked, so we could grab a drink right away. Just book ahead on weekends.

The breakfast was tasty. The eggs were cooked just right, the bacon crispy. Good portion for the price. Service was fine.

The nautical theme is so charming, especially the old ship lanterns casting a warm glow. It’s a lovely, cozy spot for a burger and a pint. The staff were really friendly too.

Cozy spot, good for a business lunch. Our server Alice was attentive, got our orders right and timed the courses well. The food was solid, no complaints there. Efficient service made the meeting productive.

The Captain's breakfast was a proper treat, very generous. The scrambled eggs were just right, not too runny. Staff were lovely and attentive, which made for a relaxed morning.

Stopped in for lunch, everything tasted fresh and homemade. The pasta was really good, just the right amount of sauce. We'll probably be back.

The BYO policy is a nice touch. The ingredients in the salad were noticeably fresh, which I really appreciate.

The Tom Yum Goong was spot on, and they have a decent wine list for a Thai place. The staff are genuinely friendly, which is nice. A bit on the pricier side, but you get what you pay for.

Ordered takeaway for the first time. The portions were huge, honestly. Got the chicken curry and a side of rice, and there was enough left for a full lunch the next day. Food was tasty and felt proper home-style.

Great spot for a bite after a stroll. Sat outside with a proper sea view. The calamari was crispy and the bacon sarnie hit the spot. Just what we needed.

Tried their banquet night with friends last Tuesday - it was surprisingly busy! The food was really good, and I love that you can bring your own drinks. The pilau rice was a little plain for me, but that's just personal taste. A solid spot for a group dinner.

Been to a lot of chippies along the coast. This one in Seaton tops them all for fish and chips. The batter was light and crispy, and the portion was huge for the price. Could barely finish it.

Been coming here for years. The coffee's always spot on, never had a bad cup. That's what keeps me coming back. The cakes are fresh too, but honestly, it's the coffee I'm here for. Just a reliable place.

Lovely terrace with a view of the water. The seats were really comfortable, which made it easy to relax.

The two-person set was massive, we couldn't finish it all! Everything was spot on, but the naan really stole the show – so fluffy and warm right out of the tandoor.

Booked a standard room, got upgraded to a suite with two rooms and a private bath. Can't complain about that for the price we paid. A nice surprise.

The staff were so lovely, really made us feel welcome. They even brought a bowl of water and a little treat for our dog, which was a thoughtful gesture. The wine list had some interesting local options, though a few more by-the-glass choices would be nice.

The fried breakfast is my go-to. It's always piping hot and feels like a proper, hearty start to the day. My wife swears by their scrambled eggs with her coffee. Solid value.

Decent pub, nice vibe. The kids' meals are a decent size for the price, which is a relief these days. My little one finished his fish fingers and chips, so that's a win.

Really nice staff here, super friendly and attentive. Felt like they genuinely wanted you to have a good time, not just going through the motions. Made the whole meal feel relaxed.
