The grilled octopus was spot on. Tender, with a nice char, and the lemon-herb dressing was sharp without being overpowering. That's the kind of simple, well-executed dish I come back for.

Roast dinner was solid. Massive portion of meat, really tender. All the trimmings there too. Good value for what you get.

I took my daughter for lunch as a school holiday treat and we had a lovely meal. She loved the salad cart and choice of children’s meals.

The fish and chips were spot on - super crispy batter and those triple-cooked chips were a game changer.

Been coming here for years, and their carrot and coriander soup is the main reason. Always exactly the same – thick, warming, and just the right amount of spice. It’s the one thing I know I can count on.

The lunch menu is solid. Had the grilled chicken salad, portion was generous for the price. The chicken was moist, greens fresh. Could've used a bit more dressing, but it's a good midday bite.

Ella was our server and really attentive. The manager was also hands-on, helping the team. Food was good, but the portions felt a bit small for the price. A bit more on the plate would've made it feel like better value.

First time trying Goan fish curry here, and it was a proper flavour bomb. The curry had a lovely depth, not just heat. Biriyani was spot on too. Will be back for that curry alone.

The food was tasty, no complaints there. But honestly, it's a bit pricey for a casual catch-up. We had a great time, but my wallet felt it afterwards. More of a special occasion spot with friends.

Had a lovely dinner with friends. The food was really good, especially the steak. It is a bit pricey, but the vibe was perfect for a catch-up. We stayed for ages just chatting.

My go-to for haddock and chips. Love the old-school feel. The booths are comfy, makes it easy to relax.

Quick bite during lunch. Got the combo plate, decent portions for the price. Staff were friendly even when it was busy. Food came out fast, which is what I needed. Solid spot for a quick meal.

The staff were really helpful with our table setup. They handled a special request without any fuss, which was appreciated. Made things smooth for our group.

Paige C was so attentive and polite, really made our group of eight feel looked after. The atmosphere was fresh and relaxed, which was perfect for a birthday. I appreciated that the staff were happy to answer questions about ingredients.

The staff were so friendly when I stopped by for a drink. Really appreciated their warm welcome.

Finally found a solid halal spot. The fish tacos were spot on—fresh, crispy fish, good slaw. Burrito was hefty and well-seasoned. Place is super clean, which is a big plus for a casual meal. 👍

The prawn toast here is huge. Really good, maybe the best I've had. Just popped in for a quick bite and that was the highlight.

The vineyard tour was both informative and entertaining, and the setting for lunch was beautiful. The nettle bhajis were especially delicious, and the cocktails were a nice touch.

Stumbled upon this place on a walk. The ham and cheese omelette was decent – fluffy and the cheese was nicely gooey. Chips and peas were fine. Good value for the price.

Had a wonderful experience with attentive service from our server, Arwen. She made our visit special and the food was top-notch!

The Peking duck was so authentic, just like the ones I remember from Hong Kong.

A really enjoyable family Sunday lunch. Our servers were really lovely, attentive but not too much so. The food is delicious.....you will not come out of here hungry! A big shout out for good value children meals.

The restaurant has a nice casual dining vibe in a country setting. Although the service was a bit slow during busy times, the overall experience was enjoyable.

Great little find. The local ales are spot on and the food is well-priced. Very welcoming for dogs, too.

Stumbled in after a long trip, pretty knackered. The chicken momo were spot on, really hit the spot. Service was chill and friendly, which helped. Just what I needed.

Popped in for a quick morning coffee. The brownie was fantastic, really hit the spot. Service was quick and friendly, perfect for a fast bite. Will definitely be back when I'm in the area.

The curry goat was so tender, just fell off the bone. That rich, slow-cooked flavour with the rice and peas... honestly hit the spot. The bar in the middle gives it a nice, relaxed vibe.
