The manager here really knows how to handle things. My issue was sorted out quickly and professionally.

Been coming here for years. The veggie hummus wrap (I add chicken) is my usual, always fresh and filling. The turkey brie is solid too. They handle the big crowds during Dickens Fest really well, service stays on point.
