The katsu sandwich was huge, I couldn't finish it all. They were nice enough to pack it up for me without me even asking. Very thoughtful service.

The pork cutlet here is so tender. You can really taste the quality of the meat. It's a bit pricey, but for that texture, it's justified.

Stopped by for their veggie plate lunch. The soy gluten 'meat' was surprisingly good, really nailed the texture. You can tell they put thought into it.

Stumbled in here with friends and it was a highlight of our trip! The chawanmushi was so silky, and the eggplant was incredible. We literally cleared every single plate. 😋

The Basque cheesecake is lovely. I had a slice by the window, and the view of the lake was so calming. A very comfortable spot to relax for a bit.

The fried chicken here had a nice homemade touch. Went with a local beer, and the pairing was spot on. The buffet's a solid deal for the price, and the Hoto was a good find.

Maple toast is the real deal here. Perfectly crunchy outside, soft inside. Good for a quick bite.

The grilled beef. Ordered medium rare, came out exactly that. Juicy, tender, no chewiness at all. The sear was good. Just focused on that one plate.

Found the Hoto Fudo noodles here. The broth was thick and warming, just right for the cold weather after the ropeway. The noodles had a good chew to them.

The Italian cuisine here is impressive, especially the pizzas which rival those found in Italy. The service was exceptional, with staff anticipating our needs throughout the meal.

Stopped by for a late lunch on a Tuesday. The staff were really nice and noticed my dog right away. They brought him a little water bowl and a treat without me even asking. That kind of attention to detail is always appreciated.

The view of Mount Fuji from my table was just stunning. I tried their Mont Blanc for dessert, and honestly, it's the best version I've ever tasted. The texture was incredible.

Cozy spot with wooden beams and warm lights. Perfect for studying or a date. But honestly, the portions are a bit small for the price. My pasta dish was tasty, but I was still a little hungry after.
