Stopped by for a break while walking along the river. The self-serve water station is a thoughtful touch for staying hydrated. The cafe itself feels cozy and functional. A good spot to pause and enjoy the view.

Been coming here for years, and the Iwai Mochi is always the reason. They grill it fresh every time, so the outside gets that perfect light crisp. The sweet bean paste inside is just right, not too heavy. It's my go-to with their tea.

The limited-time sukiyaki set was a good deal. The beef was tender, and the broth had a nice depth. Just felt the portion could have been a bit more generous for the price.

Simple breakfast spot, but the food is tasty. I like the counter seating, easy to pop in alone. They take cashless payments, which is handy. The terrace is nice on a quiet morning.

The burdock tempura in the udon was great, really added a nice savory depth to the broth. A solid, filling choice.

Really liked the vibe here! It was chill and clean, and my friends and I could actually hear each other talk. The non-smoking section is properly separated, which is a big plus for hanging out.

The lunch buffet offers a great variety of dishes, including steak and mini-sized pork bone ramen, making it a delightful experience for buffet lovers.

The morning staff here are so friendly. They remembered my usual coffee order after a couple of visits, which was a nice touch. It's a quiet spot to enjoy a proper pour-over. The pastries are decent, though the croissant was a bit dry today. Still, a pleasant start.

The boiled egg and toast set is the thing to get. The egg is cooked just right, soft but not runny, and the toast is thick with real butter. I come here for that. The coffee's fine, nothing special, but it works with the set.

Love that they open so early! My friends and I stumbled in after a late night out, craving something warm. The breakfast set was just what we needed to recharge and chat before heading home. A real lifesaver when everywhere else is shut.

Been coming here for years. The katsudon is always 650 yen, and the egg is consistently runny just how I like it.

Ordering was a breeze with the tablet, and having the menu in Korean and English was a huge help for us. Got the spicy pork bulgogi and it was spot on. Really takes the stress out of dining in a new place.

Roasted chestnuts were huge and fluffy. Ate them hot, the fragrance was incredible. But for the price, the portion felt a bit small. Still, a nice treat on a cold day.

The mitarashi dango and matcha set was a nice choice. The dango were grilled to a good golden brown and had a soft texture. The matcha was well-prepared and went well with the sweets. A pleasant, simple stop.

Staff were super friendly and polite, which made the whole meal feel really relaxed. Just a nice, comfortable vibe here.

The service was attentive and friendly, which really enhanced our dining experience. It's a great place to celebrate special moments.

The mackerel sashimi here is incredibly fresh and not fishy at all, making it a delightful experience for seafood lovers. The attention to detail in the presentation of the dishes adds to the overall enjoyment of the meal.

Managed to snag one of the tiny inside seats. It's really just a counter, but you get to see the kitchen action and chat with the regulars who pop in. Made the quick lunch feel a bit more like a proper break.

Great spot in Ohori Park. Even when crowded, you can grab a drink and enjoy it on a bench by the lake.

The staff here are always so nice and helpful! They really make shopping feel easy and relaxed. Perfect for when I'm out with friends and don't want any hassle.

Really liked that you can swap the white rice for mixed grains for free. The set meal had a nice grilled fish, some pickles, and miso soup. It felt like a proper, balanced lunch.

Found this cozy spot in the Tenjin underground shopping street. It's calm and spacious, which was a nice break from the crowds. The apple pie was warm and went perfectly with my coffee. Staff were friendly and didn't rush me at all.

Tried the limited mugwort mochi on a Wednesday. The flavor was subtle, but I liked the earthy touch it added to their classic texture. A nice nod to the season.
