Proper old-school pub. Roast beef was spot on and generous. Gets busy but that's part of the charm.

A solid choice on a busy street. They were turning people away, so it's clearly popular. The food is decent, and I really liked the warm, friendly atmosphere. The staff were very welcoming, which made for a relaxed evening.

Great spot for a quick lunch. The staff are friendly and it's a nice place to sit. Food is honest and good value for the price. Got my order in and out fast, which is what I needed.

Nice spot for a quick pint after work. They've got a good whisky selection if you're into that. The open fire in the bar is a nice touch on a cold day.

Carrot cake and millionaire shortbread were the best. Had the cheesecake too. All homemade, you can tell. That’s the main thing here.

The breakfast burrito was spot on, really fresh ingredients. But my partner's avocado toast didn't show up with the rest of the order. A bit annoying when you're hungry. Delivery for the early slots can be hit or miss.

The service was spot on. Staff were friendly but kept it professional, which I liked. They were attentive without hovering, and the timing felt just right. A nice change from places that try too hard.

Been here a few times. The smoked salmon is always nice, and the chicken supreme was cooked well tonight. Staff are friendly, no complaints there. It’s a reliable spot for a quiet meal.

The breakfast portions are massive, seriously! We came here before a long day exploring and it kept us full until the evening. Great for a group of friends needing fuel.

Been coming here for years, and their lunch special is still the best deal around. Always leave stuffed, and the quality's never dropped.

Burgers are fantastic, honestly some of the best around. Wings are solid too. Portions are generous for the price. My go-to for a quick, filling lunch. Service is usually fast, which is key for me.

Lovely spot in Largs, always buzzing. The coffee is so good here, I had two flat whites. The avocado toast was spot on, just the right amount of everything. Found my new regular.

Nice spot to unwind after the trail. The atmosphere is relaxed, just right for a pint. I had a local ale with my burger – the pairing worked well. A solid choice for a casual drink and a bite.

Been coming here for lunch for years. The two-course set is what keeps me coming back. Portions are still generous, prices haven't gone crazy. It's just a solid, reliable spot.

The pizza was fresh and tasty. The lady was nice enough to bring it out to the car for us.

Came for a quiet dinner. The staff were really thoughtful, noticed it was a little occasion and wrote a sweet message on our dessert plate. Made the evening feel extra nice. The tiramisu itself was lovely, not too sweet. Just a really pleasant, fuss-free experience.

Nice spot for a business lunch. The service was prompt and efficient, which is key for me. The building itself is quite impressive, both inside and out. Food was decent, nothing spectacular, but it got the job done. Good location near the office.

The vegan haggis chimichangas are a solid choice. Good flavour, and they're generous with the vegan cheese.

The set lunch is a good deal. The food was hot and tasty, especially the peas. The wine list had some nice options to go with it.

Tried the family meal deal. Portions were generous, food was solid. The kids ate everything, which is a win. The decor’s a bit much for my taste, but it’s a nice spot for a relaxed dinner.

Management clearly cares about staff and cleanliness. The team was constantly wiping down tables and surfaces during our lunch. It's a small thing, but it makes a difference for a quick business meal. The place felt well-run and efficient.

The set lunch menu is a steal! The portion was generous, and I loved the grilled salmon with that creamy dill sauce. Service was quick and friendly, perfect for a weekday break.

Found a proper Pakistani halal spot in a quiet Scottish town. Staff were friendly and attentive. Ordered the lamb karahi - generous portion, flavour was spot on. Good for a straightforward, filling meal.

Service was pretty good. They were friendly and thoughtful, making sure our daughter's meal came out first. Everything arrived quickly. It was a decent family dinner.

Came here with a few mates last night. The chicken pakora was so good we ordered a second plate! Garlic naan was spot on too. Portions are huge, definitely didn't leave hungry. Good for sharing with friends.
