Stopped by for a late lunch and grabbed a glass of the house red while the kids burned energy in the play corner. Rooftop seating was a nice call, caught some decent sun. Food was alright, nothing wild, but the wine list had a few solid picks. Service stayed friendly even when it got busier.

The lemon cake was a nice touch, but the cheese platter they brought out for us drinkers really hit the spot.

Came back here again last week, still my go-to for seafood by the bay. The platter was fresh as always, though it took a bit longer to come out. View makes up for it though.

Been here a few times now. The pizza's got that proper crispy base and they don't skimp on toppings. Paid about €12 for a decent sized one. Not the cheapest in town but you can taste the difference. Honestly, it's probably the best slice on the island for that money.

Stopped here while wandering through the Citadel. Had the traditional platter – the local cheeses were fresh, capers added that nice tang. Sun-dried tomatoes tasted like they were actually dried in the sun, not just marinated. The Maltese bread was dense and chewy, perfect for scooping everything up. Simple food, honest ingredients. Wish I'd had more time to sit and enjoy it slowly.

The pulled rabbit starter was stunning, and the duck was so tender. Lovely spot, though the outdoor seating is pretty limited.

Great spot right on the cliff, sea views are hard to beat. Pizza was decent but the dough came out a bit too crispy for my liking.

The homemade pasta is a must-try. I had the carbonara and it was spot on. Wish the portion was a bit bigger though.

Loved the tagliatelle here — pasta was fresh and the seasonal sauce actually tasted like it came from the garden. Terrace view of the church is a nice bonus. Service was a bit slow but worth it.

Been coming here for a while now, and the view of the church from the terrace still gets me. Menu's got plenty of options, tried a few things over time, all solid. Prices are fair for what you get. Hosts remember you, which is nice. Not the cheapest spot in town, but you're paying for the setting.

Been coming here for a while now, and the prawn risotto is still the reason I keep going back. Had it again last week, creamy, well seasoned, no complaints. The pistachio cheesecake was good too, not too sweet. Place is basic, nothing fancy, but honestly that’s fine when the food stays this consistent.

English breakfast was solid, croissants decent. Staff friendly, not hovering. Price felt right for what you get. Nothing fancy but does the job.

The grilled octopus here was properly tender, not rubbery at all. I’m picky about seafood freshness and this didn’t disappoint. Portions are generous for the price, which I appreciate. Sat by the window watching the boats while eating—simple and nice. Only wish they had a few more vegetable sides, but the calamari made up for it.

Stopped by this little place in the craft village for a quick bite. Got the salmon ciabatta and a ftira — both were solid, bread was fresh. Staff were friendly enough, smiled when we walked in. Place is small but fine for a short stop. Nothing fancy, but it hit the spot.

Fresh seafood right by the harbor — the tuna fillet was a solid, generous portion. Staff knew their stuff when I asked for suggestions. View didn't hurt either.

Stopped by for a quick dinner. The tiramisu was solid—clearly homemade, not from a box. Wine list covers local and Italian well enough. Prices fair for what you get. Service was a bit slow midweek, but nothing painful. Good spot if you're in the area and don't want to overthink it.

The pistachio gelato was more icy than creamy, kinda disappointing for €4. Location's super handy if you're already in the area though.

The grilled octopus was really good—tender, not rubbery at all. I sat outside and the view over Xlendi bay made it feel like more of a treat than just dinner. Service was friendly but a bit slow once it got busy. Still, I left full and happy. Would come back for the calamari alone.

Set menu with friends was solid. Spring rolls and beef skewers were the best part. Portions are generous, service efficient. Almost too much food, honestly.

Came here for a special dinner and the food was solid. The chef’s French technique really shows in the dishes. Nice touch having the chef stop by the table. Just wish the portions were a bit bigger for the price.

The grilled octopus was spot on—tender, smoky, not rubbery at all. Portion could be bigger for the price, but the flavor made up for it.

The ribeye looked great in the display case but honestly didn't have as much flavour as I expected for the price. Place is beautifully decorated though, nice vibe for a night out.

Came here for a work dinner. The beef carpaccio was the standout — well seasoned, fresh. Mixed grill was decent too, though the portions are on the smaller side. Service was quick and attentive, which I appreciated. Location is convenient, easy to find. Not cheap, but fair for the quality. Solid choice if you're in the area.

Stopped by for lunch on a windy day—the covered terrace was a lifesaver. Menu’s massive, but I went for the seafood pasta and it was solid. Fresh, well-seasoned, not overcooked. Service was attentive without hovering. Parking right next door made it easy. Only thing is the place gets busy around 1pm, so expect a bit of a wait. Fair for what you get though.

The view by the water is the real draw here. Grilled calamari was decent, nothing fancy. Just know the seafood prices are a bit steep for what you get.

Lovely terrace right by the sea, food’s still solid after all these years. Card payment at the bar feels a bit dated though.

Stopped by for lunch and grabbed the lamb shank with grilled veggies. Meat was properly falling off the bone. Place got pretty busy but the staff stayed chill. Bay view from the table was a nice bonus. Solid spot if you're in the area.

Tucked away on a side street in Xlendi, so it’s quieter than the main strip. Had the grilled calamari and fried rabbit — both were fresh, tasted like proper home cooking. Portion was decent for the price, which surprised me. Not fancy, but you’re paying for the food, not the view. I’d go back if I’m in the area again.

Cozy little place right on the square. Food was spot on, and the staff handled the rush really well. Just wish we had a bit more room at the table.

The ribs and seafood pasta were proper good. View over the harbour is stunning, just a bit busy with tour groups when we went.
