Stopped by after walking around Paceville. Got the pepper tuna—solid portion for the price. Seafood tasted fresh, no complaints. Fernanda was nice too.

The view of Valletta from our table was stunning. Starters were the highlight, really fresh and tasty. Service dragged a bit between courses though, and drinks were pricey. Still, a nice spot.

The sea view really does most of the work here 🌊 Sashimi was fresh and lovely, but the sushi itself fell a bit flat. Service dragged even though it wasn’t busy.

The filet came out exactly as I asked—proper medium rare. Honestly one of the better steaks I've had in a while. Sides were decent too.

The rabbit pasta was the move — waiter suggested it and I’m glad we listened. Meat was tender, sauce had real depth. Caprese was fresh, pizza decent too. Bill felt fair for what we got. Service kept things moving without hovering. Solid spot if you’re in the area and want something beyond the usual tourist menus.

Stopped by for a quick weekday lunch and the grilled chicken salad really stood out. Greens were crisp, not wilted, and the dressing was light. Portion felt decent for the price. Service was polite, no fuss. Wouldn't mind coming back if I'm in the area again.

The grilled sea bass was really fresh, flaky and light. I appreciate that they didn't drown it in sauce. Just a bit of lemon and olive oil. The wait was a little long but the quality made up for it. I'd come back for the fish alone.

Best kebab I’ve had in a while. They even let us try some traditional tea and coffee on the house. Staff were friendly too.

Strong cocktails and that 2-for-1 happy hour is a solid deal. Grabbed a seat outside on Merchant Street, perfect for watching the world go by.

Stopped by for a late lunch and grabbed a seat upstairs. The place has that warm, lived-in feel, not too polished. I ordered the grilled chicken salad and was happy the greens were actually fresh, not the sad wilted stuff you sometimes get. Dressing was light, too. Service took a bit, but the staff were nice about it. Would come back if I'm in the area again.

Decent spot for a drink. They've got a good mix of local and European craft beers, plus a few interesting cocktails. Staff knew their stuff and helped me pick something I actually enjoyed. Place was a bit loud later in the evening, but that's on me for staying that long. Fine for a casual night out.

The staff really looked out for me when I said I can't do spicy—brought out milder stuff without me asking twice.

Came for dinner after seeing the reviews. Carbonara was properly rich and creamy, exactly what I wanted. The fish of the day was decent too, flaky and fresh. Sat under the trees which was a nice break from the noise. Only thing—service was a bit slow between courses, but the food made up for it.

The seafood platter during happy hour is the move. Fish came out properly cooked, not dry, and that sauce they serve with it is the real highlight. Price felt right for what you get. Service was fine, but honestly I was too busy eating to care much about that.

The tagliatelle with truffle was the real standout—fresh pasta, actually homemade, not the usual dried stuff. Had the pistachio ice cream after, which was a nice way to finish. Jazz playing quietly in the background made it feel a bit more special than your average spot. Would come back just for that pasta again.

The Sunday roast that went past our table looked unreal, so I kinda wished I'd ordered that instead 😅 my chicken was solid though, juicy and cooked right. Place had a proper cozy feel, good for hanging out with friends. Service was friendly too. Would come back for that roast.

Had the grilled octopus last night. Properly charred outside, soft inside, not rubbery at all. Best one I've had around here in a long while. Place was busy but we got a table quick. No complaints.

Happy hour here is legit. Good deals on cocktails, came back three nights in a row while on holiday. Bartender remembered our order by day two.

The outdoor seating area is charming, and the owner is incredibly welcoming. It's a great place to enjoy a cocktail while soaking in the lively atmosphere.

No. 2 of Bars in Valletta

The reshda with lamb was the highlight for me—tender, spiced just right. A glass of their house red paired surprisingly well with the mezze too. Solid spot for authentic Libyan food in town.
