Proper pub with solid food. Spirits are a generous pour, which is nice.

The Negroni and Amaretto Sour were spot on. Ben and Moriarty behind the bar really know their stuff. Just a solid place for a well-made drink.

A reliable spot for a quiet pint in Glasgow. The service is consistently friendly and the place is always neat. It's a decent choice for a low-key evening.

The beer garden out back is such a nice space. Spent a sunny afternoon there and the vibe was just really relaxed. The flat iron steak was a solid choice too, especially for what it cost.

Loved the old-fashioned feel of the bar. It's right in the city centre, but felt so quiet and secluded inside. A peaceful spot to enjoy a drink.

Been coming here for years, and it's always the cask ale that brings me back. Sure, the selection can be a bit limited sometimes, but they keep it fresh and well-kept. That's what matters to me.

Great spot for a casual catch-up! Their whisky selection is solid, and the drinks are fairly priced for the neighbourhood.

The fishbowls are the main draw for me - so fun to share with friends. It's a tiny spot and does get rammed, but the line usually moves fast enough. Staff are always up for a laugh, keeps the vibe going.

The £3 Cruzcampo app deal is a solid shout. The DJ on Saturday night was a nice touch, kept the energy up without being too loud. Good for a casual pint.

They were really careful with my nut allergy. The chef came out to double-check, and the waitress kept an eye on things. Felt safe, which is a big deal for me.

The burgers were great, and the loaded chips were a nice touch. The staff were really friendly, which made the whole vibe feel more relaxed and welcoming.

Found this cute little place down a side street, just off the high street. Perfect for catching up with the girls without all the noise. We got a table outside and it was so peaceful, felt like a proper little escape.

Stumbled in for a drink. The White Russian menu was interesting, tried a couple. Honestly, the portions felt a bit small for the price. Music was good though.

Cosy spot with a lovely fireplace. Perfect for a quiet drink with a friend. The armchairs are so comfy, you just sink right in. A bit of a wait for a table on a Friday, but worth it for the relaxed vibe.

Came here for a birthday with a big group of friends. The staff handled our table so well, never felt rushed even though we were chatting for ages. Made it really easy to just relax and catch up.

The open kitchen is mesmerising. Watching the chef meticulously plate each dish felt like a private show. The food itself was stunning, almost too pretty to eat. A lovely, quiet moment in the middle of the city.

Nice spot in town centre. The lamb shank was cooked perfectly, fell right off the bone. Staff were really attentive too.

The rhubarb margarita was the star. A really clever twist on the classic, perfectly balanced. Rest of the cocktail list looked promising too. Just a solid spot for a well-made drink.

Stopped by for a quick lunch. The chilli chicken wrap was huge, honestly more than enough for one person. Really hit the spot. Price felt fair for the size you get. Might just get it to share next time.

Loved the vibe last night. The live music was just the right volume, not too loud for conversation. The truffle pasta was lovely, though a bit rich for me. Would definitely come back for another music night!

Had a big group dinner here. The staff were really on top of all our different dietary needs - gluten-free, vegan, you name it. Made it so much easier for everyone to just relax and enjoy the meal.

Been coming here for years, and that whiskey sauce is the reason. It’s this rich, creamy thing they serve with the burger. Just something you don’t get anywhere else. Keeps me coming back.

Had a big group dinner here, about 20 of us. They handled the crowd well, service was steady and didn't slow down even when it got busy. Decent spot for a get-together.

Love the vibe here, especially on a Sunday. It's a real mix of locals and students. The roast was spot on - huge plate, proper gravy, and the beef was so tender. Honestly couldn't finish it all!

A proper pub, this. The atmosphere's spot on for a quiet pint and a catch-up. Staff are genuinely nice, no rush at all. What stood out was their rotating cask ale – had a lovely local bitter that paired perfectly with the relaxed vibe. A bit on the pricier side for a pint, mind.
