The coffee was really nice, and I liked the cake selection. The staff were friendly and didn't rush us at all, which made for a relaxed visit. Prices felt fair for this part of town. A comfortable spot for a quiet catch-up.

The outside seating in summer is lovely for getting some work done. Halal chicken sandwich was good too.

Been looking for a solid local Chinese spot. This one works. Food was tasty, price is right. Best part? Got my order in and out fast. Perfect for a quick bite when you're pressed for time.

The mac and cheese toastie is a solid choice. Good crunch on the bread, decent portion for what you pay.

The cheesecake was a real highlight, so good! Staff were friendly and the menu had plenty of choice.

Been coming here for years, and the staff are always spot on. Last time I was a bit stuck on what to try, and they just slid a sample over without making a fuss. That's the kind of thing that keeps me coming back.

A nice little place in South Queensferry. The pancakes were huge and really hit the spot. I did find the wooden bench a bit hard after a while, but I noticed some tables had proper chairs. Might ask for one of those next time.

Decent spot for a simple bite. Had the soup, was good. Hot roll was solid too. Just what you need for a quick, cheap lunch.

Emma was lovely, really on top of things even when it got busy. The fish and chips special was the main draw for me. The portion was huge, honestly couldn't finish it all. The fish itself was a nice, fresh piece.

The vegetarian dishes were fresh and tasty. They even had a decent wine list with some good pairings for the veggie plates.

A solid spot for a quick coffee. The hot latte came out fast, which was nice. I appreciate when a place doesn't keep you waiting. The seating is decently comfortable too, a real plus when you just want to sit for a bit.

Staff are always friendly, even when it's packed. They let me try a flavour before ordering. Quick service, got my lunch sorted in no time. Perfect for a fast bite.

This spot's a solid pick for a quick bite. Much calmer than the other branches nearby, probably because there's no kids' play area. Had the chocolate lava cake from the dessert menu - it's the real deal. Service was a bit slow, but the quiet atmosphere made up for it.

Nice, bright spot for a light lunch. The house white they suggested was a good, simple match for the food.

The staff handled the Boxing Day rush really well. I noticed how fresh the salad greens were in my bowl, which was a nice touch. The queue moved quickly, so we weren't waiting long at all.

Cheesy bacon fries were loaded, and the pepperoni pizza had plenty of toppings. Perfect for a quick bite.

The warm cinnamon cake was the highlight. Good selection of loaves and pastries on display. Service was prompt, seating comfortable. A solid spot for a quick meeting or solo coffee.

The bar seat gives you a front-row view of the open kitchen. Watching them sear the scallops for the risotto was the best part. You get that smoky, caramelised crust right in front of you. The risotto itself was a touch too al dente for my taste, but the flavour was spot on.

The spring rolls stayed crispy throughout, which was a nice surprise. Their house white wine was a perfect match for them.

Judith provided exceptional service during our visit, making the experience truly enjoyable. The food was also quite good, which added to our overall satisfaction.

Portions were spot on for me. Not those massive plates you can't finish, but not tiny either. Just a proper, satisfying meal. Nice spot.

The open kitchen is a nice touch, makes the place feel relaxed.

Lovely little spot for a quiet coffee. The tables at the back with sockets are a lifesaver when you need to get some work done. Just a really nice, calm vibe in there.

Staff knew their stuff. Asked about the dish and got a quick, clear breakdown of what was in it and why it tasted that way. Helpful when you're in a rush but still curious.

Haggis burger was a fun first try, and the mac and cheese was properly gooey. Noticed a pool table and a little play area for kids, so seems like a good spot for families.

Stumbled upon this spot and it was such a nice find! The outdoor area is like a little hidden garden. Perfect for catching up with friends over a drink. The vibe is just right, not too loud. We ended up staying for hours.

Great spot on Rose Street for a pint. Their own craft beers are solid, and the guest taps are interesting. The little terrace is a real bonus when the sun's out. Prices are fair for the area.

Service was quick and friendly, even on a busy night. Staff knew the menu well.
