First time in the city, and a restaurant was needed for a birthday celebration. Chose this restaurant based on prior reviews and was not disappointed. Comprehensive menu, excellent food, conscience service, all added up to a positively memorable experience.

The chicken biryani here is a standout. The rice was beautifully aromatic and the spices were spot-on, really warming on a cold evening. One of the better versions I've come across in a while.

Had a wedding meal here. The staff were so good with the kids, which made it way easier for us to relax and enjoy ourselves.

The Sicilian pizza is a great choice. Got it for a quick lunch, came out fast. Really good crust, nice and chewy. One of the better pizzas I've had around here.

Lovely bright space, really enjoyed the booth we got. Tables are well spaced too, so you don't feel on top of other diners. Makes for a relaxed, casual lunch.

Been coming here for years now. It's the consistency that keeps me coming back. The food's always lovely, exactly as you remember it. That's what makes this place special.

Love the lively atmosphere, feels like a real Italian spot. The waiter was quick to fix a small coffee spill with a fresh topping.

The lamb rump with the orange sauce was the star for me. The sauce had this lovely, subtle citrus note that cut through the richness of the meat. The building is really cute too, with a nice view from our table.

Loved the baked feta starter. The cheese was so creamy and the tomatoes tasted really fresh. The hummus was good too, nice and smooth. You can tell they use good ingredients.

First time dining in after years of takeaways. The à la carte sashimi platter looked stunning on the plate, really nice presentation. The space itself is quite compact though, tables are a bit close together.

Been coming here for years. The staff are always so helpful, makes booking a table or sorting vouchers easy.

Nice little spot, service was quick and friendly. The Tom Kha soup had a good kick, and the fried beef was spot on. Rice was fluffy, just right. Tables are a bit worn, but hey, it's a popular place. The plates are actually really nice.

Got lucky with a walk-in on a Saturday! The lamb ragu pasta was the real star – so rich and tender, just fell apart. Cocktails were spot on too. A really nice, relaxed vibe for a busy night.

The staff were so lovely and chatty. Food was solid - the pasta was exactly what I wanted. Prices felt fair. Just a nice, easy evening out.

The staff handled our group of 30 so smoothly. Impressive service, especially with all the different dietary requests!

Always a reliable spot for us. The food's consistently good, but I have to mention the lovely staff member with purple hair. She spotted us scrambling for change and sorted it out for us. Such a kind gesture that made our evening.

Service was quick even when they were packed. Staff were really friendly, kept smiling through the rush.

A lovely family dinner. The service was really warm and attentive. I noticed the vegetables in my main were particularly fresh and crisp, which I always appreciate. A pleasant, relaxed evening.

Been coming here for years, and their gluten-free fish and chips are always spot on. The batter stays crispy, and they've got the proper sauces for it.

The pierogi with cottage cheese and potato were a great quick bite. Wrappers were soft and elastic, and the crispy onions on top were a nice touch.

Been here a few times. The minestrone and butternut squash soups are always fresh, clearly homemade. The rigatoni alla norma is a real winner. Servers Michael and Samuel are good, they even split our pasta for us. Tiramisu and cheesecake were a bit dry this time though.

Decent Italian beer selection and a few desserts to choose from. The tiramisu was alright, not too sweet. Menu's got enough variety to keep things interesting for a casual meal.

Went back two days in a row, which says it all. The vegan pizza was incredible – the flavours and that vegan cheese were spot on. The lasagna the next day was a proper surprise, a taste I genuinely missed. Staff were lovely.

Been coming here for years. The chocolate desserts are consistently spot on, so I always stick with those.

Came here with a few mates for a catch-up. The place is so cosy and dimly lit, really nice for just chatting for ages. We had the scallops - they were spot on! A bit on the pricier side, but the vibe was just right for our group.

The £20 lunch set for two is a steal. Portions were generous, and the quality was spot on for the price. We left pleasantly full without breaking the bank.

The paninis are a solid choice, and the jacket potatoes hit the spot. What I really liked was the space – it’s got a relaxed, airy feel with plenty of room between tables. Makes it easy to just sit and enjoy your meal without feeling rushed.

The staff were so friendly and chill, really made us feel welcome. I loved the vibe here, just a relaxed spot for a casual dinner. The vegan menu is huge, which is a nice change.

Service is much better since the new management took over. Staff are really friendly and seem to actually care now.

The meat basket for two was a solid choice. The chicken was juicy and had a nice seasoning. The sausage was good too, a proper sharing portion.
