Been coming here for years, and the noodles are still just right for me. Slightly thicker, on the softer side. The broth is always strong and rich. That's why I keep coming back.

The vegetable tempura set was solid. Batter was light and crisp, not oily. Good variety of seasonal vegetables, each piece cooked just right. A reliable choice for a quick business lunch.

The steak was cooked just right, and the burger had a nice char. But the real star was the wine list – found a local red that paired perfectly with the beef. Service was friendly, and the view over Nagano was so relaxing. A solid spot.

Wasn't sure what to expect, but the sake beer was interesting. Light, a bit fruity. The champagne ale too, crisp. Not something you see every day.

Simple lunch with a nice view of the slopes. The quiche plate was tasty, proper hotel food.

The owners are so sweet. They’re an older couple, and even though my Japanese isn’t great, they were really patient and kind. You can tell they care about their customers. It’s a nice, personal touch you don’t always get.
