We've been coming here for years, and it's the staff that keep us coming back. They're always so friendly and attentive. My table was ready exactly when I booked it, and they remembered I prefer a booth. Just makes everything so much easier.

Butternut curry was spot on. Creamy, just the right heat. The 2-for-1 espresso martini deal was a nice bonus. Interior’s lovely too, despite the street works.

A lovely spot, always buzzing. The sea bass and prawn linguine from the specials board was spot on. Really appreciated how friendly the staff were when we called last minute to book a table. Made for a very relaxed evening.

Been coming here for years, and the portions are always massive. Got the steak frites again last night – it's just as huge as I remember. Honestly, you don't need a starter. That's why I keep coming back, the consistency.

The ribs were good, meat fell right off the bone. The chips and slaw were fine, but the portion felt a bit small for the price.

Proper British chips, crispy outside and fluffy inside. That's the highlight here. Got them with my burger and they were spot on. Could have done with a bit more salt, but still a solid choice.

Came on a busy Friday, and they still managed to find us a spot without a booking. The service was really efficient, even with the place being packed. Our server was very friendly and checked in just the right amount. Made for a very relaxed evening.

Had to try the new menu. The grilled octopus with smoked paprika was a real standout – tender, with a nice char. A bit pricey, but I’d come back just for that dish.

Popped in for a quick bite. The Paneer Tikka Pizza was interesting, a proper mash-up of flavours. Kid's menu kept the little one happy, which is always a win. Decent for a casual stop.

Popped in for a Sunday roast on a whim - they squeezed us in, no fuss. The roast beef was spot on, really tender, and the Yorkshire puddings were proper fluffy. Just what you want on a lazy Sunday.

Stumbled upon this place while walking by the river. The garden out back is lovely and quiet, a real escape from the city heat. Had a simple lunch here, it was nice. Saw a few families enjoying themselves too.

Decent selection of beers on tap. Prices are a bit high for the area though.

Millie was lovely, offered a free drink while we waited for the oven. Food was good, but the lasagna grande portion felt a bit small for the price.

Great dining experience with a generous menu offering fresh and flavorful dishes. The service was quick and efficient.

Service was efficient for our group of 8. The waitress was attentive, kept drinks topped up and handled the separate bills without fuss. Made a busy Friday dinner run smoothly.

Been here a few times now. The staff are always lovely and efficient, and the place is consistently clean. It's just a reliable spot for a good, straightforward meal. You know exactly what you're getting.

The restaurant was Christmassy and the waitress went out of her way to be helpful particularly as I have a food allergy. The ambience was lovely and the food really nice. All in all a lovely lunch!

A relaxing spot with comfy armchairs. The vibe is spot on. I enjoyed a well-made cappuccino with my pastry, though the coffee was a touch on the strong side for my taste. Staff were quick and friendly.

The food was really good, but the personal touches from the staff are what stood out for me.

Decent curry for a Thursday night. Good portion size, tasted fine. The lounge area is nice for a quick pint after. Bread was a bit greasy though. Does the job for a quick bite.

Dog-friendly spot with water bowls and treats at the bar. Our dog was happy, which made the visit smooth. Convenient for a quick stop.

Busy night with a big group, but the service was spot on. They kept things moving, never felt rushed or forgotten. Really smooth operation.

The service at Chewton Glen was exceptional, especially from our waitress Vicky, who made our evening feel special. The food exceeded our expectations, particularly the burgers and onion rings!

The Sunday roast was spot on. The beef was cooked just right, still pink inside, and the Yorkshire pudding had a nice crisp edge. The chocolate cake with custard afterwards was a good choice, the custard was warm and not too sweet.

Nice spot for a quick pint. Staff were friendly, and they’ve got a little playhouse and some toys to keep the kids busy. 👍 Good for a relaxed afternoon.

First time trying Goan fish curry here, and it was a proper flavour bomb. The curry had a lovely depth, not just heat. Biriyani was spot on too. Will be back for that curry alone.

Stayed one night. The room was comfortable and clean, with a decent view. It was pretty good value for what we paid.
