Been coming here for years. The industrial look with all the plants is what keeps me coming back. It's just a really cozy spot to unwind. Feels the same every time, which I appreciate.

Been coming here for 25 years. The consistency is impressive. Food quality and service are exactly as I remember from my first visit. A reliable choice for that reason.

Been here a few times for a quick lunch. The sandwiches are consistently decent, solid choice for a business meeting nearby. The pub itself has a nice, relaxed vibe.

The pistachio gelato was really fresh, and the tiramisu cake had a lovely texture. Staff were still cheerful even though I popped in close to closing time.

Caught a film screening here with their cheese board and a glass of red. The concept works well for a relaxed evening out. The setting is pleasant, though the board itself was a bit basic for the price. Good for something different.

Been coming here for years, and the beer garden is always a winner. Plenty of space, and they've got those shaded tables sorted for when the sun's out. It's a proper spot to settle in. The cider on tap is a bit limited, but that's my only gripe.

Nice little spot for a quick bite. Coffee's solid, local beans. Staff are friendly but service can be a bit slow when they're busy. Good for a fast lunch break.

A really nice spot for a relaxed dinner. The staff were so friendly and thoughtful, even bringing out a little cake for us. It made the evening feel very easy and pleasant.

Gareth handled the breakfast rush so well. It was packed, but he kept everything moving smoothly and was really friendly. Made for a very relaxed start to the day.

Bright and spacious pub. Good spot for people-watching with that view of the pedestrian area. Drinks are reasonably priced. Just a relaxed vibe.

The free parking right outside is a real plus. Makes popping in for a quick lunch from the town centre so easy. Had the fish and chips today – the batter was crisp and the chips were proper chunky.

The staff are really friendly, especially the barman who was so attentive. That made the whole evening feel relaxed and easy. The food was lovely too, a really nice meal.

The chicken katsu burger was a real find. Just the right amount of heat in the sauce, really hit the spot. Great spot to catch a game too.

Easy to find next to Tesco. Good for a quick bite. Staff were fast and friendly. Got the chicken wrap, decent portion and tasted fresh. Perfect for a lunch break.

Travelled a fair distance for this. The food came out quickly, which was perfect with our toddler. One of the better Indian meals we've had.

Good portions for the price, and a huge menu to choose from. The vibe was just right—really relaxed and friendly.

Came for the afternoon tea with friends. The little savoury tarts were so good, and the cheesecake that looked like a flower pot was a fun surprise! A really nice spot for a long catch-up.

The fennel salami and Tomme cheese sandwich was a real find. The bread had this perfect, crisp crust that just gave way. For under a fiver, it felt like a little treat. Romsey's lucky to have this spot.

As a coeliac, I really appreciated the care here. They have separate equipment for gluten-free prep, which is a huge relief. Felt safe ordering, and nearly everything on the menu was an option for me.

Been coming here for years, and the halibut and chips is always spot on. Huge portion, cooked perfectly. Even on a busy Friday, they found us a table on the lawn. That consistency is why I keep coming back.

Nice little pub just outside Lyndhurst. Had the ploughman's lunch - it was huge and really hit the spot. A solid choice for a proper, filling meal.

Stumbled upon this place on a New Forest walk. The puttenesca pasta really stood out – loved the salty kick from the capers and anchovies. Portions were generous too.

Popped in for a late breakfast. The food was fresh and well-prepared. Their iced coffee was spot on—really hit the mark with a full, rich flavour that paired nicely with the meal. Solid value for what you get.

Nice little pub with a garden for the kids to run around in. The climbing frame kept mine entertained for ages while we had a quiet pint. Hosts were really friendly too.

The owners are so lovely. But what keeps me coming back is the freshness of the ingredients. You can really taste it in the simple salads and grilled fish. Everything feels clean and thoughtfully prepared.

Perfect for a quick lunch. Burger was juicy, cooked just right. Good choice of sauces too. Got my order in under 10 minutes. Exactly what I needed.

The food presentation was spot on, and the portions were generous for the price. The staff's warmth really added to the evening. I did wish the wine list had a few more interesting local options to pair with the rich flavours, though.

Popped in for a quick cream tea. The scones were still warm, really soft and fluffy. Best one I've had, honestly. Just sat outside with a cuppa, watching the birds. Simple and lovely.
