Service was lovely. Staff were friendly and chatty, but not overbearing. They kept an eye on things without hovering, which made for a very relaxed lunch. The food was hot and full of flavour. A comfortable spot for a quiet meal.

Decent pub, friendly staff. Ordered the cheesy pasta with side salad. Portion was huge, couldn't finish it all. For the price, you definitely get a lot of food. Toilets were spotless too.

The breakfast portions were huge, seriously generous. I had the full English, and the bacon was cooked just right, not too crispy. The sausages had a nice herby flavour. Couldn't finish it all.

Booked the Galleon Room for our engagement do. Lucy was brilliant, sorted everything. The buffet was a real hit, practically licked clean! But the bar prices did sting a bit by the end of the night. Still, a solid choice for the space and service.

Bottomless brunch was a treat. I really liked the vibe here, the seating was comfortable and the decor had a nice, relaxed feel. Stacey was super helpful with everything. Drinks kept coming, no complaints there.

Been a few times now, always find a decent pint. The ales are well-kept, which you don't always get. It's just a comfortable, no-fuss local. A solid spot.

The Viz annuals were a fun touch. But the main thing was the food. The pork belly was cooked perfectly, crispy on the outside and just melted. The sauce was a bit too sweet for me, but the meat itself was spot on. That's what I came for.

The free arcade games were a total hit with our group! It kept the vibes going while we waited for our drinks. The jukebox added to that classic pub feel, perfect for a casual catch-up.

The old church building is such a cool space for a drink. Really unique spot.

A solid Sunday roast. The beef was the star, cooked just right - fork-tender and full of flavour. Paired it with their Beaute Malbec, which worked nicely. The menu has some interesting options. A good spot for a relaxed meal.

The calamari and king prawns were great, really generous portions. The seats were just a bit too firm for a long meal, though.

Haven’t tried the food yet, but the menu looks interesting and well-priced. The drinks are lovely — I had a really nice cocktail. The staff were friendly and the seating was comfortable, which made for a relaxed visit.

Aiden was such a great waiter! He was really friendly and made our whole table feel welcome. It was a fun night out with the girls.

The staff are so friendly, and the owner came over for a little chat. It's a small thing, but it makes the whole experience feel more relaxed and personal. A very comfortable spot for a quiet meal.

The Timothy Taylor's Landlord on tap is a real highlight. A proper pub with a fantastic selection of draught beers.

Popped in for lunch. The soup of the day was a proper portion, really tasty. The Atlantic prawn starter was good too, but the prawns themselves were a touch overcooked for my liking. Still, a solid meal.

The vegan Christmas dinner was solid. Good portion, and they even included extra gravy and pigs in blankets.

Bottomless brunch had a solid drinks selection. The food options were decent. They kept the drinks coming for the full two hours, no waiting around.

The staff were really friendly and made us feel welcome. The cocktail lesson was a fun activity to do.

The coffee's good and the pastries look nice. But I was a bit surprised by the price for a simple slice of cake and a flat white. It felt a little steep for what it was, especially downstairs where it's mostly grab-and-go.

Stopped by for a quick bite. The pizza dough was surprisingly light, and the prawns starter had a nice kick. Just what I needed.

Nine of us for a two-hour darts session. Solid spot to kick off the day. Food took a while, but the steak and chips we had were good. Staff were helpful. Location works well.
