A very famous Japanese food restaurant, the taste is first-class, go and try it
Travel in Japan | Check in at a high-end private Japanese restaurant hidden in the bamboo forest The real-life setting of "My Neighbor Totoro", Dongshan Village, not only has down-to-earth handmade traditional food, but also high-end Japanese restaurants. This time, I went with my friends to check in at the high-end private Japanese restaurant "Kusamon Koraiso Dongcunshan Store" hidden in the bamboo forest. This is the most outstanding thing in the entire trip. This restaurant alone is worth visiting Dongcunshan once! This shop is very private. There is a quiet bamboo forest behind the door. It is very pleasant to see lanterns lit in the evening. The restaurant is located in a dark-colored building in the style of an old house. It was built with wood from many dismantled old buildings. Although it is only 16 years old, it has the flavor of an old house. This restaurant serves a variety of Japanese dinner sets, including authentic Kaiseki cuisine and seasonal dishes. We ordered a seasonal "Fuji" set meal. The appetizers of trevally sushi and green plum nectar were both delicious. The seafood sashimi was also very fresh, especially the large oysters from Nagasaki. The set meal also includes catfish, which is perfect for summer. It was the first time I had a combination of one large and one small. It is also the season for eels. Eels are their signature dish. The eels freshly grilled are very delicious when made into eel rice, and the eel meat fried with chicken is fat and tender. His family even pays great attention to the rice. They use a traditional large iron pot to steam the rice. The rice is from Ibaraki Prefecture and tastes very good. This restaurant has good privacy, the food is delicious, and all the waiters are wearing Japanese-style clothes, which is very cool. I recommend you to eat here once when you come to Higashimurayama! If you make an appointment by phone in advance, you can also book a window seat, and the view of the bamboo forest is great [gluttonous] "Kusamon Koraiso Higashimurayama Store" Address: 1-1-7 Fujimi-cho, Higashimurayama City, Tokyo #J-tone Travel Carnival##Japan Travel##Japanese Food#
Most of the dishes taste good and the presentation is also nice.
