The place had that proper pub glow when we walked in — warm and dim. Fish and bangers with chips hit the spot. Guinness was okay, nothing special but drinkable. Staff were friendly enough.

Came in pretty late when most places were shutting down. They still took us in, no fuss. Had the schnitzel and a pint of their own brew — beer was solid, food did the job. Nothing fancy, but the staff didn't rush us out. That alone gets my respect. Maybe not a destination spot, but fine if you're hungry nearby.

Stopped by for a drink on a warm evening. The Füchschen Alt was really good, exactly what you want from a classic pub. Sat outside, which was nice and easy. Service was friendly enough, didn't have to wait long. Just a solid, no-fuss spot to unwind.

Nice local spot with a good beer selection. The tasting tray was handy for trying a few before picking a full one. Service was friendly and the seating was comfortable enough to stay a while.

The cherry waffle really surprised me. Warm ganache on top, texture was spot on. Not too sweet either. Sat outside in the biergarten, decent vibe even on a weekday afternoon. Wish the portion was a bit bigger for the price, but I'd grab it again if I'm in the area.

Stopped by after a hike — classic no-frills place, exactly what you need for a quick drink. Don’t expect fancy food, but the vibe works. 🍻

The lunch special was a solid deal — sauerbraten came out super tender and the portion easily filled me up. Service kept things moving even with the place packed on a Saturday.
