It is a well-known local chain sushi restaurant. The interior decoration is simple Japanese style design, and the dining atmosphere is quiet and elegant. The sushi chefs are skilled, and the sushi is made on site, so you need to wait. Each sushi is delicate and firm, with moderate hardness and a small amount of mustard inside, which is not pungent and tastes better with soy sauce.

It is said to be a century-old shop, the best eel rice in Sapporo. It is located opposite the Crab General on Sapporo South 4th Street. The shop is considered large in Japan and there are seats as soon as you go. You must use various body language and Japanese English to ask the waiter to bring out the local menu, eel three ways. Eel three ways is the way to eat in Nagoya. The first small bowl is the original flavor, just eel and rice. The eel is freshly grilled, and the sauce of the grilled eel is mixed with rice. The taste is so rich that it is hard to describe, and because it is the first bowl, it will not be greasy; the second bowl is added with chopped green onion, seaweed and mustard, and after stirring, the strong taste of the eel and the mustard, which is not too pungent, complement each other; the third bowl is added with seaweed and chopped green onion and soaked with sencha. After a bite, it is obviously tea rice, but it tastes very delicious, and there is no bland taste as imagined before. I personally like the third way of eating the most. The fourth bowl is a 2+3 mixed meal, which feels good too. According to my friends in the same industry, the eel here is not as good as the one-Michelin-starred one in Arashiyama, Kyoto, but this way of eating it does add points. I will compare it myself next time and then make a judgment.

Daruma Japanese restaurant has a nice environment, the price is not expensive, the sushi is quite good, the chicken and beef skewer are excellent, and the raw beef entree is a very satisfying dinner

By the way, Murasaki Sea Urchin is one of the more famous restaurants specializing in sea urchins in Hokkaido. The main store is in Hakodate. After walking around for two days, I came here when I was ready for dinner (the Life Sapporo store is quite hard to find. It is inside the building. I asked two security guards with a certain review haha 😄) There were still people waiting for a seat at the door after 8 o'clock. The popularity is OK👌🏻. "Unicorn rice bowl" should be a must-order for every table. I think the taste is ordinary, but it is still quite fresh. In comparison, the raw food such as sashimi in this store is much better than others. "Grilled sea urchin" is really not recommended. It is hard and dry. It is even better than what I have eaten in China. I have been to Japan many times in the past two years, but I don’t have the freshness of the first five or six years when I first came here. I think "everything is delicious". It may also be related to the food industry I am in contact with now. My taste has become more picky😄.
