The bread here is something else. Made with organic raisins, it's got this chewy texture I love. A little tangy, goes so well with everything else. Just really good.

I like how you can pick the spice level and broth. Went for a 3, and it was just right for me - a little kick but still easy to enjoy.

I highly recommend the set menu here; the appetizer salad is generous and delicious, and the main course was equally impressive.

The rich miso ramen here is simply outstanding! It's thick and flavorful, and the addition of butter and corn elevates it to another level of deliciousness.

The hand-kneaded flat noodles had a fantastic chew, and the homemade chili oil was just right. A really solid tsukemen.

The seasonal veg here really caught my eye. So fresh and cooked just right, with a nice little char on the asparagus. You can tell they put thought into it, even for the simpler dishes. A nice find!

Stopped by for a late lunch, still had to wait a bit. The katsu curry was solid, really hit the spot. The place is small and gets loud when full, but that's part of the vibe.

Stopped by right after they opened on a Tuesday. Got a table instantly. Food was at my table in maybe five minutes. The chicken katsu was still super crispy, not soggy at all. That's a good sign. Quick service without the rush.

Been coming here for years. Their oat latte is always just right, not too sweet. The ham & cheese croissant is my go-to. It's that kind of consistency that keeps me coming back.

The kaisendon here is incredibly fresh and delicious, making it a must-try for seafood lovers. The generous portions and reasonable prices add to the overall experience.

I highly recommend trying the special shio ramen here! The broth is light yet rich in flavor, and the toppings are well-balanced. It's a true representation of Hakodate's ramen culture.

The Zangi (fried chicken) here is truly delightful, with a wonderfully crispy exterior and tender, juicy interior.

The service was efficient, and I appreciated the quick turnover. The fried half-chicken was particularly satisfying, especially when enjoyed hot.

The atmosphere is very calming and relaxing, with comfortable sofa seating. It's a perfect spot to unwind after visiting the park.

The curry with the homemade burger patty was so good, especially with the cheese option.

The dipping noodles here were so fresh, you could really taste the quality of the ingredients. The noodles had a perfect texture, and the broth was light yet flavorful. A lovely, quiet spot away from the crowded places.

Service was quick and staff were super nice. They let me hang out and use the Wi-Fi long after I finished my coffee, even though it was near closing time. That was really appreciated.
