The katsu curry here is solid. The pork cutlet stays crispy under the sauce, and the curry itself has a deep, savory flavor with just a hint of sweetness. It's the kind of simple, well-executed dish that hits the spot.

Perfect for a quick hotel breakfast with friends! The Portuguese sausage breakfast sandwich and fried rice kept us full all morning.

Calamari steak was really tender, and that lemon butter sauce is on point.

The porch is such a nice spot for people-watching. Felt like a little escape right there in the Moana.

The Best Coffee on the Island – Skip Starbucks! ☕🌴 (10/10)Vintage Island Coffee is an absolute gem in Oʻahu. I tried their Corner Coffee, and yes—it was every bit as good as everyone says. But the real star? Their açai bowls. Fresh, sweet, perfectly ripe fruit, incredible peanut butter and almond butter versions, and amazing chocolate. The portions are huge and the prices are very fair for what you get. They serve breakfast, and right next door there’s a bar where you can grab a drink, honey, coffee, matcha—so many goodies. The beautiful balcony overlooking palm trees and sunshine makes the whole experience unforgettable. One heads-up: there's almost always a long line. Just be patient—it moves, and it’s 100% worth the wait.Forget Starbucks. Forget other coffee shops. Just go to Vintage Island Coffee. A must-visit in Hawaii. 🤎🥥☀️

Their avocado toast on French bread is a game changer—it actually stays crispy. I added bacon and it was the perfect salty crunch. That little upgrade made my whole morning.

The staff here is genuinely nice. They even brought a water bowl for our dog. Ordered the Street Style Burrito on the owner's suggestion. It was a solid, filling brunch. The tortilla was fresh, and the salsa had a nice kick. A good spot for a casual weekend bite.

The curried turkey salad is my go-to lunch. The curry flavor is just right, not too heavy. The fruit crisp dessert was good, but the candied ginger on top was a bit strong for me. Nice, quiet spot in the garden.

A small spot with solid coffee, they use local North Shore espresso. The ham and cheese croissant was flaky and rich. Paired it with a cappuccino, the balance was just right. Breakfast crunch wrap hit the spot too. A good, simple start to the day.

Been coming here for years, and the lava bowl is still my go-to. It's always just as good as I remember—consistent flavor, nice portion. That's why I keep coming back.

Super tasty. I recommend the mochi donuts and coco puffs.

The tuna poke bowl is my go-to for lunch. Fish is always fresh, and they season it just right. Gets me in and out fast when I'm on a tight break. A bit pricey, but worth it for the quality.

Been stopping by Smokey's for my lunch break for ages. Their coffee is solid, pairs nicely with the simple sandwiches. The staff remembers my usual order, which is a nice touch. A reliable spot for a quick, satisfying bite.

The dirty chai is so good here! I really appreciate that they use fresh, high-quality spices. It's my go-to spot for a cozy work session.

Been coming here for years, their espresso is the real deal. Candice and the team remember my usual. It’s a solid spot downtown.

I love the little indoor side room here. It's got these big windows and feels so cozy, especially when it's busy out in the main area. Just a really nice, quiet spot to enjoy that massive surfer burrito.

The Fisherman's Pie was interesting. Not a traditional pie, more of a soup with puff pastry. The curry-style broth was unique and had good flavor. Portion was decent for the price.

Came here to get some work done upstairs. The two-story space is nice, especially by the big windows. But for the price of a coffee and a sandwich, I was expecting a bit more substantial portion. It's fine for a quick bite, but you're paying for the vibe.

Breakfast burrito with bacon was solid. Good size, not skimpy. Honestly, for the price, it's way better than hitting a drive-thru. That's the main thing I noticed.

Came here daily on our trip. Just for the patio at the resort next door. Grab a coffee, head out there to unwind. That's the move. Service was always quick and friendly.

Been coming here for years, and the service is always on point. Our server tonight was quick, remembered our usual drink order, and just kept things moving smoothly. That kind of consistency is why I keep coming back.

The kids had a blast with Icen and Peter for their surf lesson. Felt totally safe with them in the water. Jack's photos were nice, we ended up grabbing a few. Solid morning.

Cold brew was so smooth. They use Hawaiian beans, roasted weekly. Just the right kick without any bitterness.

Found this cozy spot downtown. The salmon was cooked just right, really flavorful. Nice little surprise for a weeknight dinner.

I like supporting local spots. The coffee here is good, strong brew. Food is solid too, especially the breakfast plate. Prices are fair for Waikiki, which is a plus.

Been here a few times now. The Kalua Loco Moco and the coconut shrimp are my go-to orders. Prices are fair for the neighborhood, which is a nice plus. The space itself feels a bit dated, but it's clean and the booths are comfy.

Great spot to meet up with friends after the beach! The hotel lobby is huge so we never felt crowded. Got the breezy brown sugar latte - the oat milk flavor really came through. The açaí bowl was fine. Perfect for a casual hangout.

Friendly staff, no question. They were patient while we decided on gelato flavors. Saw them playing a quick game with some kids nearby, which was a nice touch. Good for a casual stop.
