Stopped by for a drink after walking through the Jordaan. Old-school brown cafe, proper vibe. They have a no-phone rule and backgammon boards out&mdash;actually makes you talk to people. Service was fine, nothing fancy. Prices fair for the area. Not a place for a quick scroll on your phone, but that&#39;s the point.

Stopped by for a few beers last week. Classic brown caf&eacute; vibe, nothing fancy, but the place just works. Bartender knew his stuff, helped me pick something local I hadn&#39;t tried before. Solid spot if you want an honest drink without the noise. Wish they had a bit more variety by the glass though.

Stopped by for a quick beer with a friend. Classic Dutch caf&eacute;, nothing fancy, just the way I like it. Bar snacks were simple but did the job. Place had a nice relaxed vibe, not too crowded on a weekday. Prices were fair for Amsterdam. Wouldn&#39;t mind coming back sometime.

Stopped by for a quick dinner. Wine advice was solid and the crispy duck really delivered. Menu&#39;s small but that&#39;s fine. Prices fair for what you get.

The tasting board gave me a good mix of beers, some hits, a couple misses. Nice spot if you&#39;re into craft beer.

the Supperclub Amsterdam is where it all begins.  This is the original location before its expansion to other cosmopolitan cities.The concept is really cool, the dinner performances mesmerizing, service (well, the servers are cute) is good, and the food delicious...just allot at least 4-5 hours for dinner.  for us, we started with pre dinner drinks at 6 and left the restaurant probably around 3am that evening....i think...a nap (in their &quot;beds&quot;) may have occurred during the long meal service.  We had a really fun time.

Fast service even at midnight when it was packed. Staff stayed friendly while dealing with a difficult customer nearby. Food was solid, and they don&#39;t skimp on the sauces. Would&#39;ve liked a better wine option though.
