Decent little place, quiet enough to actually talk. Got the coconut curry, flavors were well-balanced, not too heavy. Food came out fast, which I appreciated. Portion size felt fair for what you pay. Pretty good overall for a casual dinner.

Came here for the first time and honestly the sushi was super fresh. Big portions too, which I didn't expect. Place is tiny though, so we waited a bit for a table. Not mad about it though.

Been coming here for a while now. The pork cutlet with pepper sauce still hits the spot—crispy breading, sauce has that deep flavor. Outdoor seating under the trees is nice when the weather cooperates. Service was fine, spoke English which helped. Not the cheapest place, but you get what you pay for.

Great spot right on the Rhine—cold beer and solid food in the beer garden. Service was quick and friendly. Only wish they had a better wine list, but for a casual drink it does the job.

The owner came over to say hello and helped us pick our dishes. That was nice, didn't feel rushed at all. Food was fresh, especially the fish. Cozy inside, warm lighting. We sat near the window, chairs were comfortable enough to stay a while. A bit noisy when it got fuller, but nothing too bad. Pleasant evening overall.

Came in on a busy Saturday, no reservation. Staff still got me seated fast, which I appreciated. Had the tagliatelle al ragù — decent, rich sauce, pasta cooked right. Not the best Italian I've had around here, but solid for the price. Place is loud though, so don't come expecting a quiet dinner.

The salmon sashimi was really fresh, melted in my mouth. They serve the sushi with actual style, not just thrown on a plate. Felt like the closest thing to home flavors I've found in Bonn so far. Maybe a bit pricey for what you get, but the quality of the fish made up for it.

We stopped by for a birthday and they surprised us with a little cake. The steak was really good, cooked on a hot stone at the table. That part was fun. Service was friendly and professional the whole time. Just a heads up, it’s a bit pricey, but for a special dinner, it felt fair. I’d come back if I’m in the area again.

Stopped in without a reservation and got lucky with a table. The pizza had a decent crust and plenty of toppings. It’s a bit tight and noisy when full, but the food makes up for it. Not a tourist trap, which is always a plus.

I ordered the schnitzel by accident—meant to get the bratwurst—and the waiter noticed my confusion right away. He swapped it out before I even asked. No awkwardness, just a quick fix. That kind of patience means a lot when you don't speak the language. Food was solid too, but the service really stood out.

The cold dishes here are really fresh. I had the lamb skewers too, nicely spiced. Noodle soups are a bit pricey for what they are, but the portion is generous. Good spot if you want proper Shaanxi flavors in Cologne. I'd probably just stick to the starters next time.

The beef dish was spot on—cooked just right and the flavors worked well together. Modern spot, not your typical Brauhaus. Prices are a bit steep for what you get, but I'd come back for that pork again.

The quinoa dish was hearty, almost like a risotto. Nice to see clear menu labeling for vegetarians, plenty of options. Service ran a bit slow, but the food itself made up for it. Decent spot if you're not in a rush.

The pork knuckle was spot on. Crispy skin, tender inside. Portion so big I couldn't finish, and I usually eat a lot. Even with the ANUGA fair crowd, the food came out fast. Didn't care much about the rest, but the taste alone makes me want to go back.

The currywurst was solid and the portion size hit the spot. Location’s great, lots of buzz around. Service dragged a bit, but the vibe made up for it.

Lovely little trattoria away from the center. The owner's wine pick was spot on, pasta had that real Italian touch.

The all-you-can-eat deal is pretty solid for the warm stuff—gyoza and spring rolls were fresh. Sushi selection's okay, nothing fancy but fine for the price.

Liked the interior, that’s for sure. Cappuccino was solid, not too bitter. Cakes looked good, didn’t try one though. Place was busy, good for people-watching. Maybe a bit loud for my taste, but fine for a quick stop.

Solid pasta, well executed. Had the truffle tagliatelle—creamy, not too heavy. Place was packed on a Tuesday night, so expect a bit of a wait. Staff handled it fine, though. Price is fair for what you get. Would come back if I'm in the area.

The pork knuckle was spot on again, crispy skin and tender inside. Just remember it comes with fried potatoes, not mashed. Still a solid meal for what you pay.

Dropped by without a reservation, they still found us a table. Had the schnitzel, pretty solid. Staff was friendly, even helped with the menu since my German is rusty. Place got busy later, got a bit loud, but that's on us for coming at peak time. Prices fair for what you get.

We arrived late but they didn't rush us at all. The pasta was solid, and the wine list had a nice Primitivo that paired well. Grazie mille for the relaxed evening.

The veggie pizza was really good—fresh ingredients, nice flavor. Place gets packed though, so expect a bit of a wait.

Decent Kölsch and the waiters had that typical grumpy charm. Bowling downstairs was a fun bonus, price was fair. Just keep your coaster on the glass.

Stopped by for a late lunch, had the paella. It was properly done, not the usual mushy tourist version. The owner was around, chatting with regulars. Place has a nice, unpretentious vibe. Only thing, service got a bit slow once it filled up. But the food made up for it. Solid choice if you're in the area.

Don't be fooled by the outside—the pasta here is seriously good. We grabbed a bottle of Chianti to go with it, worked perfectly. Staff were chill, no rush. Solid spot for a casual dinner.

Been here twice now and the grilled octopus still stands out to me. Tender, slightly charred, exactly how I like it. Also tried the mushrooms with shrimp this time—pretty solid combo. The bread with aioli is still the thing I'd come back for though. Place gets a bit busy around 7, but that didn't bother me much.

The burger I ordered was tasty and filling, and the service was polite and quick, which made for a great dining experience.

Sat outside - much livelier than the stuffy interior. Service was quick and had that classic Cologne cheek. Solid traditional dishes, nothing fancy but does the job.
