No. 13 of Light Bites in Kobe

I had a wonderful experience at the bar on the 17th floor of the Oriental Hotel. The cocktails were expertly crafted, and the service was attentive, making it a great place to unwind while enjoying the beautiful Kobe skyline.

The weekday vibe here is so calm, perfect for a quiet break. I got a coffee and just sat for an hour. The portion was decent for the price, felt like a good deal for the area.

Came by on a quiet weekday afternoon. The strawberry tart was a nice special - good flavor and generous with the fruit. A decent spot for a relaxed chat, though the music was a touch loud for my taste.

The green tea soba was the highlight for me. The noodles had a subtle, earthy flavor and the perfect chewy texture. Found it refreshing for a quick bite during a shopping break.

Tried the pistachio chocolate from a sample. It was rich, but the portion size for the actual purchase seemed a bit small for the price.

The pumpkin scone was good, crumbly with a hint of cinnamon. I got it warmed up like they suggested, and it really did taste better that way. Pretty filling for a pastry.

Located conveniently near Sannomiya Station, it's a stylish spot with a lovely atmosphere, perfect for a date or a casual get-together.

Nice vintage American feel inside. Staff were friendly and relaxed, which really helped me unwind after a long day. A solid spot for that.

Tried the Peach Frappuccino. Perfect for a quick break in the park. Got it fast, just what I needed. A bit sweet for me, but hits the spot on a warm day.

The glasshouse setting is so pretty for catching up with friends! The desserts look almost too good to eat. ☺️

The tofu gratin set was very nice. It does take around 30 minutes to bake, so you need a bit of patience. The rice that comes with it was perfectly cooked and fluffy. A very comforting meal.

The owner took us out back to see their cherry trees. It was a nice surprise, really pretty. Made a simple meal feel a bit more special.

The latte art with your idol's photo is a fun touch. It's a nice spot for fans, though the coffee itself is just decent.

Good coffee and cakes for around 1,000 yen. Just a chill spot to hang out.

The fish and chips were a generous portion, really crispy and not greasy at all. The tartar sauce was a nice addition. I liked the simple, clean look of the place too, it felt relaxed.

Stumbled in after a mall run. The Miyazaki beef burger set was good, and the dessert was a nice touch. What really stood out was the drink pairing suggestion from the server—a light red wine that cut through the richness perfectly. Made for a relaxed, satisfying lunch.

The bread buffet is the star here. So many little bite-sized pieces, I must have tried a dozen types. Just browsing the spread is half the fun. 🥖

The vegan plate was tasty, and it’s nice they renovated the space. Good spot for a lunch and coffee.

Been here a few times. The space feels open, not cramped. Got the grilled chicken salad again - it's solid. They have a soy meat thing for vegans too. Decent spot.

Went here for a quick bite on a weekday. Good for a fast lunch. They have a kids menu, which is handy. Plenty of space to sit, wasn't crowded at all. Food came out fast, got my order in under 10 minutes.

If you're looking for a unique dining experience, this restaurant is a must-visit. The combination of stylish decor and high-quality wood-fired dishes creates a wonderful atmosphere. I highly recommend trying their pizza!
