The dining experience we had at Carmen was excellent. The service was exceptional and the food &hellip;&hellip;&hellip;.. outstanding! I could not fault anything about the experience and look forward to dining again here in the future. A gem!

Such a beautiful little restaurant with lovely atmosphere and decor.The menu is a combination of traditional dishes with a modern touch, the food was delicious! Great for special occasions and very good value for money (for Formentera prices), I&rsquo;d definitely recommend it.

Food&#39;s excellent, no question. But the drinks and desserts... they really push the price up. You feel it on the bill. It&#39;s that island premium, I guess.

First time trying fideu&aacute; here. It&#39;s like a paella but with noodles, and the seafood was so fresh. The portion was huge, we couldn&#39;t finish it. A really nice discovery!
