The food quality is top notch and so is the accompanying service! The restaurant is set in an old traditional home with a representative garden that give the feeling of being invited into a friend&#39;s house for dinner. The kitchen staff is very active in the presentation of the menu which I love. If you&#39;re looking for a fine dining gastronomic experience Es Tragon is the place to go on Ibiza.
