Just dropped in for a quick bite. The egg sandwich was simple, fresh, tasted like something you'd make at home. The cake was good too, not too sweet. Nice spot for a casual stop.

Been coming here for years. What keeps me coming back is how consistent the quality is. It's always fresh, always tastes the same way I like it. That's hard to find these days.

Picking pastries with the little basket and tongs was fun. The pizza sourdough had a nice, chewy crust. Almond croissant was flaky, not too sweet. Feels like a cozy little find.

The persimmon leaf sushi was so good! The leaf smells amazing and the mackerel is tasty. Perfect for sharing with friends.

The bread had a lovely, gentle sweetness. The matcha bean paste filling was well-balanced, not too sweet. Paired it with a light black tea, which really complemented the subtle flavors. A nice, quiet spot for an afternoon treat.

Nice quiet spot tucked away from the main Gion street. Sat at the counter facing the garden this time. Really peaceful for a solo lunch. The view made the simple meal better.

I loved the variety of dishes available at the buffet! Each item was served on small plates, which made it easy to try a little bit of everything. The unique local dishes, like the nyuumen, were a highlight of my visit.

The warm bread rolls were so comforting. Toppings were generous, and the salad was crisp and fresh. Just what I wanted on a quiet evening. The service was attentive without being overbearing.

The curry udon with egg was good. Noodles had a nice chew, broth was flavorful. A solid, filling lunch option near the office. Service was efficient.

Drinks are a steal here. The music is just right, not too loud. It always draws a nice crowd, which makes the whole place feel alive.

I was impressed by the quality of the food here, especially the Omi beef hamburger steak. The portion sizes are generous, and the fresh salad bar adds great value to the meal.

The coffee is really good here, and the donuts are made fresh. It's a nice, quiet place to sit for a while away from the noise. The modern look is nice, but honestly, I just come for a peaceful break.

Checked the English menu before ordering. It clearly said which drinks were included in the set. Saved me from any confusion later.

Spacious and quiet upstairs spot, perfect for catching up with friends. Loved the vintage vibe and having outlets to charge our phones!

The fried rice here is a nice side to the ramen. Simple and lightly seasoned, it was a pretty good combo. The portion was decent, though I wouldn't have minded a bit more.

A nice little spot on a quiet street. The owners are lovely and do everything themselves. The curry was the standout, really flavorful and well-spiced. The coffee was fine. A pleasant, low-key lunch.

This place has such a Showa-era feel, a nice spot to unwind. The cake set was a good choice with my coffee.

Tatami seating was a nice touch. Udon had good chew, but the portion felt a bit small for the price.

The cheese toast here is so generous with the melted cheese. Really hit the spot for a quick breakfast.

Been stopping here for years on the way back from Yoshino. The big parking lot is always a relief after a long drive.

The seasonal strawberry daifuku was lovely. The strawberry inside was so fresh and juicy, which balanced the sweet bean paste nicely. A very thoughtful combination.

The muffin was moist and not too sweet, perfect with their green tea. Found a quiet corner away from the street noise. A good spot for a simple afternoon break.
