Found this place while looking for somewhere with a good vegan menu. It's not just a couple of options, they've got a whole separate menu which is nice. Millie was really patient with our table, the kids were a bit fussy. Portions are decent for the price.

Food was tasty, no complaints there. But I was a bit surprised by the portion sizes on the main menu. For what they're charging, I was expecting a bit more on the plate.

Managed to snag a last-minute table for our big group (kids and dog in tow!). The staff were so chill about it all. Service was spot-on the whole time, never felt rushed even with the chaos.

Crispy spring rolls were the highlight. Fresh and hot. Vermicelli solid too. Quality's definitely there.

Food was tasty, staff were lovely. Just be warned, the wait can be a bit long when they're busy. We were chatting so much we almost forgot we'd ordered! 😅

The food's solid, and the wine list has some decent, affordable options that pair well. Everyone enjoyed their meal.

Great sourdough and pea hummus to kick things off. Daily specials are spot on. Everything local, even the ale. Warm welcome too. Solid spot.

Cosy spot, perfect for a relaxed dinner. The gentle buzz of other tables chatting was actually really nice, didn't feel too quiet or loud. Just a comfortable place to sit and enjoy a meal.

Cosy spot with low lighting, perfect for a quiet dinner. The staff were quick, no waiting around. Had the lamb rogan josh, and the wine list had a surprisingly decent Malbec that actually stood up to the rich spices. Music was a nice touch too.

The grilled fish is fresh and perfectly seasoned. Simple but exactly what you want from a beachside spot.

Been coming here for years, and the curries are always spot on. Just the right amount of spice, and they never skimp on the portion. It's the one thing I can always count on.

Been coming here for years. It's the one place where you can actually hear your mates talk. Quiet, no blaring music. Just a proper pub for a proper chat.

I really appreciated how fresh the ingredients were. The king prawn spaghetti had such vibrant, crisp prawns. The tagliatelle was good too, though the speck ham made it a touch salty for my taste. A solid choice for a mindful meal.

Clinton was so friendly and welcoming. He checked in on us just the right amount and made sure we had everything we needed. Really made the evening feel relaxed.

I've dined at yhe Beagle on many occasions the food is always great and the service excellent Our server Tab is brilliant friendly and helpful

Been getting their crispy duck for years now. Still the same generous portion, and it's always cooked just right. For the price, you really can't go wrong.

The bottomless chicken strips were great. Mandy was really attentive, she kept them coming without us even asking. I appreciated that the strips were freshly cooked each time, not sitting under a heat lamp. Made for a nice, relaxed lunch.

The 2 for £14.99 deal is a solid find. Food was tasty, though the portions were a bit on the small side.

Cottage pie and hunter's chicken were spot on. The mash on the pie was creamy, chicken was juicy. Exactly what you want from a pub meal.

I really appreciate how fresh the ingredients are here. The salad greens were crisp and the vegetables tasted like they were just picked. It's nice to know you're eating something wholesome. The space itself is very clean and cozy, which adds to the relaxed feel.
