The seafood chowder here is seriously good. Big chunks of buttery fish in a rich, creamy broth&mdash;exactly what you want on a chilly day. I&rsquo;d say it&rsquo;s one of the best I&rsquo;ve had in Howth. Only downside was the place was a bit packed, so we had to squeeze in a little. Still, totally worth it for the bowl. 🐟

The smoked duck breast was spot on&mdash;properly pink, decent fat render, and that cherry glaze actually cut through instead of just sitting there sweet. Cocktail list looked interesting but I stuck with a pint. Portion size was fair for the price. Wouldn&#39;t mind going back just for that duck again.

The tasting menu at this restaurant is a must-try! Each course was beautifully presented and packed with flavor, making it worth every penny of the &euro;95. The staff were knowledgeable and provided excellent service throughout the meal.

Nice spot for a drink outdoors. The cocktail tree at &euro;45 for six is decent value. Service was fine, no complaints. Would pop in again if in the area.

Tandoori chicken was spot on, generous portion too. Butter chicken went down a treat with everyone.

Solid feed for the price. Portion sizes are generous and the staff didn&#39;t keep me waiting. Handy spot if you&#39;re in the area and want a quick bite without fuss.

The spinach ravioli and garlic focaccia were the standouts. Nice and quiet in there too, made it easy to relax. Service kept things moving without hovering.

Paninis were proper tasty and the portions are huge for the price. Good spot if you&#39;re hungry and want something quick. 🥪

Stopped in for a coffee and ended up staying way longer than planned. The outdoor seating is perfect for watching the street go by. Lemon muffin was surprisingly good, nice and moist. Coffee did the job, nothing fancy but solid. Place had a decent buzz to it, not too crowded when I was there. Wouldn&#39;t mind going back if I&#39;m in the area again.

The hot chocolate here is properly rich, not too sweet. You get a free chocolate with every drink too, which is a nice touch. Keeps me coming back.

Stumbled in here for a coffee and ended up staying longer than planned. Flat white was spot on, not too bitter. Staff actually seemed happy to be there, which is rare enough. Place is tiny though, got packed by the time I left. Fine if you grab a seat early.

Decent Thai place, lovely big dining room. Pad Thai portion was massive and the green curry hit the spot. Duck spring rolls were a bit meh though.

Great spot for a group night out. Chef put on a proper show while cooking, food was fresh and tasty. Staff sang for our anniversary and threw in a dessert. Bit tight on space and loud, but adds to the buzz.

The lamb stew was spot on again&mdash;fall-apart tender, just like every other time I&#39;ve been here. That pie special was decent too, though the stew&#39;s the reason I keep coming back.

The separate vegan menu is a proper game changer. Starters, soups, loads of mains, all clearly marked so you&#39;re not playing twenty questions with the waiter. I had the sorbet for dessert, lovely way to finish. Only thing, the place was a bit busy so service slowed down near the end, but the food made up for it.

Came back here again and grabbed the 3-person tasting menu. Still a solid choice, loads of food, we actually couldn&#39;t finish it. The spice level is proper, not messing around. Service was a bit quick, felt like they wanted the table back, but the food keeps me coming back.

The kung po chicken here is proper good&mdash;one of the best Asian dishes I&#39;ve found in Limerick. House fried rice was fresh too.

The Eton mess ice cream donut was genuinely lovely &mdash; fresh strawberries and that crumbly meringue worked so well. Strawberry milkshake was proper too, not too sweet. Nice to see a place putting real fruit in things. I&#39;d go back just for that donut.

Popped in on a wet Monday and grabbed a flat white. Proper coffee, nice and warm in there too. The girl behind the counter was sound, didn&#39;t rush me at all. Price was fair, which is always a relief. Just what I needed to get out of the rain for a bit.

Lovely spot for coffee&mdash;the lemon drizzle cake was proper good, not too sweet. Window seat has a nice view too. Wouldn&rsquo;t mind going back.

The purple risotto with golden beetroot was gorgeous &mdash; almost too pretty to eat. Loads of veggie options which I loved. Service was spot on too.

Kebab and chips did the job. Big portions, decent price. Way cheaper than the city centre spots. Not fancy but you don&#39;t need it here. Solid feed after a long day.
