Tried the Dal Baati Churma and Laal Maas &mdash; both had that proper Rajasthani punch. Dal was rich, baati crisp, and the Laal Maas had real heat, not just spice for show. Staff kept checking in, which was nice. Slightly heavy on the pocket, but honestly, the flavors made up for it.
