Shodoshima is rich in soy sauce, and the soy sauce seasoning is really delicious~

Teppanyaki Sanuki beef Teppanyaki
Although each person only has one piece of beef, this piece of beef is definitely a high-quality product! The high-quality beef from the Seto Inland Sea can be eaten by lightly grilling it on a small grill pan on the table. The beef is very chewy.
The vegetables are also very fresh, and the sauce is a vinegar sauce made from olives.

Halfway through the meal, we were attracted by the Wendan wine in the store. A bottle was 1950 yen, which was quite a bargain. After some inquiries, I found out that it is only available in this restaurant and not in the hotel&rsquo;s specialty shop! So I had a bottle~ with ice cubes, it was so refreshing!
⚠️You can take it away if you can&rsquo;t finish it. We drank this bottle of wine for three days haha~ Wendan has a strong taste, not very sweet, not sour at all, and I don&rsquo;t get drunk even if I drink too much. Although the doctor has warned me not to drink, but as a human being It&rsquo;s just fun, let me be willful sometimes!

All in all, after eating this meal, I feel full! After eating and drinking, go to the hot springs~~~Traveling is so wonderful!

The specialty soba noodles are delicious. The place is spacious, not as crowded as other restaurants. The tuna sashimi is bright in color and has a unique taste.

After choosing the 10,000 yen kaiseki set menu, we were treated to a beautiful selection of dishes, most of which were delicious. Most of the staff didn&#39;t speak English, but it was clear they tried hard to communicate.
