Kaiseki Hachisen

After choosing the 10,000 yen kaiseki set menu, we were treated to a beautiful selection of dishes, most of which were delicious. Most of the staff didn't speak English, but it was clear they tried hard to communicate.

One of the few Kyoto Kaiseki restaurants in Nagoya, it's not a big restaurant, but it's a chain store. The dishes are very good in both appearance and taste. The limited tuna is delicious, and the part is top-notch.

The seasonal ingredients, the careful presentation of the dishes, the presentation, the plating, the containers, everything is amazing! The owner's story is interesting, and the restaurant is family owned and has been for 36 years, so it's easy to understand why it is so popular.

This is a restaurant chain that serves high-end cuisine. The service is first-rate, but the food is actually quite light and the portions are relatively small, so if you only consider the food, the price/performance ratio is not particularly high.
