Our goal was clear. We only had a small breakfast and went straight to Sankaku Market after leaving Otaru Station! Sankaku Market is right next to Otaru Station. You can see the sign on the right side of the JR gate. Takiba Shokudo is also very conspicuous. We queued for a while at the toilet door and then went in.
