摆渡修行I have visited a total of four stores in Tokyo, including Kiyosumi Shirakawa, Shinjuku, Omotesando and the newest one in Hiroo.
I haven't been there for a long time. When I saw it this time, I was shocked. It's amazing. There are so many new things.
Yokan, chocolate, cereal, and beer printed with packaging logos are all collaborations with various Japanese brands.
There are a bunch of peripherals in the cabinet, as well as Starbucks-style seasonal limited-edition filter cups and mugs, but only one set is produced very implicitly.
They even sell Silver Horn Daioh’s reusable bags.
I have always felt that the environment of Blue Bottle is greater than the coffee itself. The coffee is average, but the environment is really good. It feels somewhat similar to ARABICA. A lot of effort has been put into the outer packaging, but it seems to be more particular about coffee than ARABICA. At least they sell hand-brewed coffee.
☕️I ordered a cup of cappuccino, and there are two types of Costa Rica blend and soe to choose from. I added 50 yen and chose the soe. Surprisingly, it tasted much better than the blue bottle I had drunk before.
I don’t know if it’s because the baristas at this restaurant are skilled or because the beans are getting better. I was shown this restaurant with its logo hidden, and I would never have guessed it was produced by Blue Bottle. Just, it’s really okay!

The coffee in Blue Bottle is really great, nothing fancy, but the coffee is really delicious, the latte art is also first-rate and doesn't fall apart, the aroma of this coffee is incomparable to Starbucks.
I always think that the environment of Blue Bottle is more important than the coffee itself. The coffee is average, but the environment is really good. It feels similar to ARABICA. It has put a lot of effort into the outer packaging, but it seems to be more particular about coffee than ARABICA. At least they sell hand-brewed coffee. I ordered a cappuccino. I don’t know if the barista’s skills are good or the beans have become better. This one covered the logo and gave it to me. I would never have thought it was a product of Blue Bottle. It’s really good! The ladies and grandmas in the port area chose such a fashionable shop to dress up exquisitely, eat small cakes, drink coffee and chat. This tool man quietly went to move bricks with a cup of coffee.
How can you not check in at Blue Bottle Coffee, which is known as the "Apple of Coffee" when you come to Tokyo? This time, we visited the branch located in the NEWoMan shopping mall in Shinjuku, where there is a large flow of people, so there are also a constant stream of customers. Blue Bottle's coffee uses premium organic certified coffee beans, which are grown in traditional ways without pesticide residues, and only uses fresh coffee beans that have been roasted within 48 hours, so the quality is very high. I ordered a cup of Expresso, which had a rich aroma and a very mellow taste. The Cappuccino is much smoother, with a light aroma of coffee beans, and the latte art is also great. The decoration of the store is very simple, with a row of window seats facing the street. Sitting down to drink a cup of coffee and watching the people coming and going is quite leisurely. The store also sells some peripherals, including coffee beans, coffee cups and coffee pots printed with the blue bottle logo, etc.
I checked in at Blue Bottle for the second time. I went to the Omotesando store before. It was crowded and I had to wait a long time for a drink. The Shinjuku store is in a good location, next to the Shinjuku JR station and the express bus station. I ordered their hot latte. I didn't order single beans this time, but the coffee was just as good. It took about 5 minutes from ordering to getting the coffee. Unfortunately, I didn't get to eat avocado toast both times. The first time I went, the waiter told me that avocado toast was only available in the morning. The second time I went early in the morning, but the cashier didn't understand the English pronunciation of avocado, and then told me that all the snacks were displayed, and if I couldn't see it, it was gone. Well, I can only say that it was not fate.
