I&#39;ve heard they specialize in meat dishes, and just looking at them is exciting. Beyond the meat, the other appetizers are also meticulously prepared. From the roasted sweet potatoes to the steamed buns made with rice wine lees, every dish on the menu is exciting. The eggplant, in my opinion, is the most delicious. It&#39;s a fusion of flavors and textures, with the fluffy texture of the eggplant, the ethnic seasoning, and the refreshing taste of the whitebait.

I celebrated my friend&#39;s birthday at Kadowaki in Azabu, Tokyo, with a snow crab set meal. I ordered Ishidaya Junmai Daiginjo, which has a delicate taste and rich layers. The snow crab is very delicious 😋 I like the black truffle rice at the end the most. The black truffles here are much more fragrant than those in other places, so I made an exception and ate a small bowl!

Every dish of theirs is very appetizing as soon as it is served, with a rich aroma and very tempting. The taste is very crispy, tender and smooth. The rich sauce wraps the ingredients, and the sauce fills your mouth when you bite it.
