I ordered my favorite ハラミ (diaphragm), the softest and juiciest piece of beef, fried until the skin was slightly charred, and when I picked it up with chopsticks, it was trembling and shining, and it was softer than rice. Dip it in garlic soy sauce and eat it, wrapped in a circle of fine and dense garlic paste, the rich garlic aroma makes people fall over, it's really fragrant. The salad in the set meal is also garlic-flavored, the sauce is a bit spicy and delicious, and I exhaled when I went out. Oh, the cherry blossoms don't want to bloom anymore.

An incredibly delicious meal—I've seen other reviews say the decor is a bit dated and the chefs don't put on much of a show, but honestly, the star of the show was the incredibly delicious beef—it was surprisingly devoured in a flash. Perfectly cooked, with attentive and friendly staff, it was a truly wonderful experience. You get a dedicated area for 4-6 people, with a chef by your side, a menu in English, and a chef who can speak English as needed. If you're entering the building for the first time, the restaurant is located on the third floor, on the left side of the elevator. A basic Kobe beef set meal will set you back 22,000 yen, but they also offer lobster, abalone, and more. However, we were completely full with the basic set meal.

The quality of the meat is very good, the hj in the restaurant makes people feel comfortable, and the taste is well preserved.
