This is the best sushi. Great attention to detail when making it. Every detail adds to the deliciousness of the food. From ginger to garlic or salt or soy sauce. It all makes the food very delicious. Highly recommended. Although the price is a bit high, it is worth it if you like sushi.
The sushi is great, there are only two chefs and only 10 people at any given time..... the sushi is made right in front of you and pictures are provided showing the type of fish used.... the sake is great and the menu has a wide range of prices to suit your taste. Don't be scared that the people don't speak much English, we were able to make them understand us. It's well worth a try.......
What a wonderful experience!! The best sushi here. First time ever having such good sushi and the sushi chef recommended to us was amazing. Wonderful friendly atmosphere, warm and attentive service and amazing food. Couldn't eat live shrimp though...didn't pass...never heard of or tasted more than half of the things we tried, great dinner, but it wasn't cheap, had to pay a lot of money, but it was all worth it.
Kyubey Sushi is located at Ginza8-7-6 Chuo-ku Tokyo 104-0061. Just returned from a 2 week vacation in Japan and the whole family unanimously rated this as our favorite meal - which happened to be the first night! Found a seat next to the cashier and the staff took good care of us. Very friendly and helpful. The food was very good. Will definitely go.
