This is a very famous BBQ restaurant in Ginza. The Kobe beef there is really good, and the pattern looks very nice. I didn&rsquo;t eat BBQ, but ordered Sukiyaki, because I really like the Japanese way of cooking, which is different from that in China.

银座这里很有名的烤肉店哦，里面的神户牛肉很赞哦，花纹看着很不错哦，我没有吃烤肉，要了寿喜锅，因为特别喜欢日本的做法，和国内不一样。

The sashimi is very fresh. The bluefin tuna belly^ is so delicious to eat. The sea urchin^ is not fishy and has a sweet taste, so you can eat as much as you want. And the favorite New Zealand lobster^🦐! The sashimi platter^ is quite fresh, all thick cuts 🍣 are very soft and glutinous, super satisfying.
The beef is the best raw beef^, the grilled eel and foie gras^ are big and thick and unlimited, and the charcoal grilled oysters🦪 are also delicious.

2026  Asia 100 - Fine Dining 

I went there on a weekday evening.
The customer base was on the older side, with about five groups of customers.
The staff were all friendly and provided excellent service.
The food was a bit unique in taste, so I didn&#39;t have any likes or dislikes, and I enjoyed it! (such as vanilla ice cream flavored with bonito flakes)
The atmosphere was relaxed, and I enjoyed it all the way to the final chocolate, so I&#39;d like to go again!

The ambiance of the restaurant was very classy and elegant, and they seated us near the window so that we could always enjoy the view. All the dishes were incredible and delicious. I especially loved the veal with tuna sauce.

Every dish was cooked to perfection, bursting with flavor, and beautifully presented. The service was impeccable, and the shrimp and caviar tarts that opened the meal were particularly delicious and memorable. The shrimp, marinated in yellow wine, were topped with sparkling yellow wine jelly, and the flaky, thin tart crust was incredibly delicious. While many Japanese ingredients were used, the cuisine was rich in the flavors of the many countries Chef Daniel had experienced to date&mdash;not just Japan, but many other countries.
