It is worthy of being the No. 1 online celebrity ramen restaurant in Japan. It was past 10 o'clock and there was still a long line at the door! The dining environment is so weird! I felt like I was taking an exam instead of eating! Fortunately, the small partition on the table can be folded up, and ice water is provided for free.

The taste of Ichiran Ramen is indeed well-deserved. I eat it every time. The soup is delicious. I recommend adding onions and chili. I now eat 10 times the pepper. The pepper is really fragrant. The real taste of the ingredients, and it doesn't just make the tongue spicy, but also delicious. Although I order green tea jelly every time (I take it myself), I don't particularly like it as a dessert, but it doesn't go well with ramen! This one in Shibuya has only about 20 seats when entering, and it's so painful to queue for a long time. The noodles are really delicious, but I don't want to queue again. Isn't Menya Musashi good? !

The food and soup at Ippudo Shibuya are very good, with good taste and rich soup. This is my second time here. Last time I went with a tour group and was still not satisfied after returning. This time I came again with my family and it was very good.

I've tried the internet-famous Ichiran Ramen in Shanghai and Hong Kong, but I always find the Japanese version more authentic! There's a self-service ordering machine at the entrance, where you can even choose the softness or firmness of the noodles. It's very user-friendly, but if you don't know how to use it, you can ask the staff for help! The tonkotsu noodles I ordered were overflowing with generous portions and rich broth! It was so delicious! I ate it all, including the broth. It was definitely worth it! The soft-boiled egg and matcha tofu are also must-try.
