The frosted beef at Ishibashi is great. Just looking at the pattern on the beef will whet your appetite. It is great in Sukiyaki hot pot. The dipping sauce is made with Japanese eggs, so it tastes very authentic.

Absolutely loved the sukiyaki here. We ordered the shimofuri set which had the beef in 4 different dishes, a raw egg, glass noodles, enoki mushrooms, and leeks/onions. Simply amazing! We absolutely loved having dinner here!
