空空CJRamen is all about the soup... The skewers are OK... But the guy here is quite enthusiastic, which is a good comment. It was already past 10pm when we arrived, and we were starving. We found that the restaurant opposite was still open and served ramen when we got there. After the trip, the taste couldn't be better!

🦢Foie gras rice is as greasy as usual. I prefer the mushrooms in it. 🐟Eel rice is very delicious. 🥗I enjoyed the salad at Blind Spot very much. 🍵Matcha latte is good, not too sweet, and the matcha flavor is not particularly strong. Sushi and tofu are both good.
The name of soy sauce ramen is a bit confusing, and people always think "it's just soy sauce, what's so delicious about it", but in fact they will do anything to make a soy sauce soup base. Nine-pound yellow chicken from Nagoya, Amakusa Daiko chicken from Kumamoto Prefecture, Kuroiwa local chicken, and Japanese royal rooster, there are four chickens in one soup bowl, and the most advanced black truffles from Italy, clams, kelp and vegetable juice. [Bye-bye] Finally, drizzle a few spoonfuls of soy sauce. The ramen served on the table is shining, kirakira, the soup base is clear, and the taste of black truffle is very rich, which is very recognizable. (Anyway, other restaurants don't have it.) Their soup is the soul, and I drank the soul upside down. The noodles are very smooth, sizzling, and have the aroma of wheat. Finally, I ordered a bowl of smoked black pork chicken fat bibimbap. A spoonful of fragrant chicken fat and soy sauce was poured into the rice, and then a few slices of fat smoked pork slices were placed. The smoked pork🥓 is not for eating meat, but for mixing with rice. It has a low melting point and will melt into a pool of soft oil when you put it in your mouth, which reminds people of the good pork oil and vegetable rice. The ticket distribution starts at 7:00 in the morning. You can get one at the agreed time to eat, and then come back to eat. After 5 pm, you don’t need to get a ticket, you can just queue up, and it will be eaten in about half an hour~ It’s relatively easy to get.
I came here once before and it was really delicious. The key is that the three bosses are super handsome. I came at the right time this time. Unlike last year, I got up early and ran to get the ticket and then went to eat at noon. After eating at another Michelin one-star restaurant in the afternoon, I ran to Tsuta. It happened that I didn’t have to wait in line to enter! It was so cool. This time I ordered something special. I didn’t ask for pork barbecued pork, but added wontons with Japanese characteristics. The skin was very thin and very long. The soup base was miso flavored, a little salty but not too appetizing. The smoked bamboo shoots were also delicious. The noodles were thick and chewy. I ate two bowls of noodles in one afternoon. It can be seen how delicious it is!
The ramen set meal I ordered didn't taste anything special, it was just average Japanese ramen. The environment was much better than other ramen shops, but overall it's not a shop you need to check in at.
