Jo&euml;l Robuchon, a three-Michelin-star French restaurant in Tokyo, is located in a large castle in Ebisu. The environment is very good and very ceremonial. The whole meal lasts three hours and is a great experience!

这是一次非常美妙的就餐体验。寿司看起来非常漂亮而且美味，价格也很划算。服务非常优质，而且很友好。户外的场地非常宽广，夏季晚上与三五好友在室外聚餐颇惬意的，不管是生鱼片、寿司或者饭类肉类的主食也都有！服务人员态度都很好，平日12:00-17:00有商业午餐，价格比较优惠喔！

This was a wonderful dining experience. The sushi looked very beautiful and delicious, and the price was very reasonable. The service was excellent and friendly. The outdoor area is very spacious, and it is quite pleasant to dine with friends outdoors on a summer night. Whether it is sashimi, sushi or rice, there are also staple foods such as meat! The service staff are very good. There is a business lunch from 12:00 to 17:00 on weekdays, and the price is relatively favorable!

米其林三星的餐厅，说实话挺拘谨的，因为很正式，所以着装举止都很注意，所以不是特别放松，不过也要承认这样的场合地点肯定不会是经常来的，算是一种特殊的体验吧

To be honest, this Michelin three-star restaurant is quite formal, so you have to be very careful about your dress and behavior, so it&#39;s not particularly relaxing. But I have to admit that I definitely don&#39;t come to such occasions and places often, so it&#39;s a special experience.

Very relaxed atmosphere with talented and attentive staff. The scallops, wagyu beef and lamb were especially amazing! Arne, the owner, is very proud of the restaurant - he told us wonderful stories from his time in Tokyo and Scotland. It&#39;s a magical place and I love it! Carmel and Paul.

I chose the full course with 16 dishes, plus a variety of self-selected bread, cakes, desserts and tea snacks. I ate until I was drunk.

After all, it is a Michelin three-star restaurant, with stable service and stable taste. Compared with the creativity and surprise of Quintessence (カンテサンス), robuchon should be a stable delicacy that is not picky about people.

A standard fine dining restaurant.
The dining experience was very stable and pretty good.
But there was nothing special about it. It was neither good nor bad.

Environment:

The decoration was very regular, basically what we wanted.
The table was quite spacious and the lighting was beautiful.
It was also quite quiet when there were many people at night.
From the guests to the waiters, everyone was whispering.

Service:

The rhythm of serving dishes was very comfortable. The kitchen was reliable.
The waiters would consult about food taboos, tastes, and food preferences in advance.
And they responded quickly to the dishes. Very considerate.

White Truffle Foie Gras
There was really nothing to say about the ingredients, especially the foie gras.
It was not big, but it was not greasy.
You didn&#39;t feel sick after eating a whole portion. It was good.

Wagyu Beef Eye
The quality of the beef was quite good, with a fine and delicious texture.
Although it was wagyu, it didn&#39;t feel so greasy.

Clam Chowder
