Kaiseki Tsujitome

A local Japanese restaurant in Tokyo that requires advance reservations. I really like their sashimi platter, sea urchin, and other seafood. The price per person is not cheap.

The store owner is very attentive. For every dish you can't tell what it is, he will write down in Chinese what kind of fish and what item it is. You can really feel the ultimate Japanese service. Kaiseki cuisine is not only about the taste, but also the service.

When I traveled to Japan, my Japanese friends highly recommended this Japanese restaurant. I don't know why the taste is quite good, and the environment is also quite high-end.
