Chef Kanda is a happy, kind, humble man who has no other pursuits in life than cooking because he is passionate about his work and his country. He studied in Paris for five years and opened his own restaurant, which is only open when he is working and closed at other times.

This is a sushi restaurant with a really good dining atmosphere. The staff are also very friendly and talked about some travel experiences.
